Nice kid lagoon in summer

If you feel humidity in Japan go jump in water. Only 7/16-8/31 2016 to open water park. Avoid to expensive foods so go to shipping mall to have $10 buffet.

I recommend full day and a weekend for your visit. Rides are extreme and exciting. Very good place for adventurous youth.

We went there on a rainy weekday, which may explain why it felt as if we were the only ones in the park. Understandably, the roller coasters were not available due to the weather. It was a bummer for us because they really do look promising. We hope to come back when the weather's more favourable so that we can... More

Large park with extreme trilling rides as well as kiddy rides, great for adults and children to enjoy a full day. Full day is required to cover the whole park and there are different times when certain rides are open. At night some rides are lit up beautifully. There was an ice-skating ring as well. Nearby there is a large... More

We went to Space World on a sunny Tuesday. There was a promotion going on. Our Japanese friend spotted this promotion. Train tickets plus entrance tickets to Space World for 2 adults and 2 elementary school children is 18320 yen (I think) train starts from Hakata station and ends Space World station. A short walk and you are at the... More

We decided to visit this place with a kid on Friday to avoid crowd. There was no crowd on the day we visited. The place was easy access as there is a Space World station of the JR line from Kokura and Hakata. Spending almost 6 hours there, we were able to try out 6 different rides, a movie, and... More

To eco a previous reviewer, when we arrived it was so quiet we thought it was closed! This meant that the queues for rides and attractions were minimal (particular after the hectic visit to Universal Studios the previous week). Compared to UK theme parks the entrance fee was really reasonable. I actually think my 4 year old was free and... More

We were very confused when we arrived at Space World at 11am as it appeared that none of the rides were running and there were very few people around. However, when we got inside we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of rides and the scariness of them - and most importantly there were barely any queues whatsoever! We are... More

We visited one day when it was a little cold and some patchy rain. Hence there were not many people there that day. Some of the rides were not open at first due to the weather, but as time went on and the weather cleared these rides were opened up. Some of the rides are super fast and a little... More
