This is a nice museum and would be fun for kids, especially the opportunity to drive a train in the simulator. My only complaint is that there is little English

Being one of the first places in Japan to develop rail services, this museum gives an entertaining retrospective of this journey from steam journey to shinkansen. The train simulator is particularly fun and great value at on 100yen!
