The observation floor of an apartment high-rise seems weird, but it's a nice place to sit and look at Mojiko and the boats in Tsushima Strait. It wasn't crowded on a Sunday and had seating and a café I didn't try.

Amazing place and you can see the sea and around the city. The drinks are average but I like the most is the view from the observatory room. It was also nice to relax yourself at the top of the building.
