Located at the seaside between Kyushu island and mainland of Japan, you can see both sides without any disruption from here. You can look over a nice small town Moji, Shimonoseki on the other side, great sea and bridge between 2 islands. Nice and relaxing place.

Agree with other reviewers - relaxing to watch a portion of the daily 700+ ships that use the waterway. 270 degree view. Bar upstairs if you want a drink (coffee/soft/alcohol). Worth a look.

Although I forget what I paid, it was cheap and worth it. On a clear day the coastal view is amazing and you can see the layout of the whole Mojiko Retro area, to get your bearings.

The observation floor of an apartment high-rise seems weird, but it's a nice place to sit and look at Mojiko and the boats in Tsushima Strait. It wasn't crowded on a Sunday and had seating and a café I didn't try.

Part of Mojiko Retro the Observatory is well worth an hour of your time when there. Amazing place and you can see the sea and around the city. The drinks are average but I like the most is the view from the observatory room. It was also nice to relax yourself at the top of the building.
