About
Ahnapee Brewery played an integral part of beer-making history in the state of Wisconsin in the late 1800s. A new chapter in the brewery's history began in summer of 2013. Join us for favorites like Little Soldier or Two Stall and for special release brews from the Hobo series and other limited release craft brews. Two Stall, our World Beer Cup awarded Milk Stout is affectionately titled after our original two-stall-garage turned taproom. In the "new" garage, enjoy 16 different crafted brews, which include rotating seasonals and medal winning year round offerings. The cozy taproom features a small snack selection which accompany great service, friendly conversations and of course fresh craft beer. Take home a 6-pack, a freshly filled growler or a special release brew from Ahnapee's ever growing portfolio. Algoma is a scenic, 30 minute car ride from Green Bay heading towards Lake Michigan. The taproom features a beautiful dog friendly patio with a great view of Lake Michigan!

Great new setup, great staff. Light bagged snacks available. Made some new table friends when we stopped for a few beers and cribbage.
Had a very nice Imperial Stout, unfortunately that was the only beer that fit my pallet! As an older traditional beer drinker (lagers , porters,stouts) this is an occasional problem for me! Of the 20 or so other microbrews on tap, they were all sours, bitters, fruity IPAs. I was drinking IPAs 30 years ago before they became trendy and stuffed with fruit. The crowd skewed older, I would think it would serve them well to work some tradionals into the mix.

We stopped here at noon on my birthday. I ordered a sampler of 4 different beers and my wife bought a water. All the beers were very good and the bartender was friendly. We'd go back again next time we're in Algoma.

An unexpected find in a small town. Great craft beer. Enjoyed the Little Soldier and Two Stall. Menu ncludes snacks, soda and wine.Growlers available for draft beers. You like beer.....Then Stop Here.

Good for 21+. This place is as fun to hang out as the beer is good. The people are sooo very friendly. I love the lager, but the have great iPAs and stouts too. Pre-packages snacks are available for purchase.

No free tastings. They do have small pours for a minimal charge. Our group got a couple small pours and then a 16 oz of our favorite.

We had such a great time at Ahnapee Brewery. The beers were outstanding. They offered a 5 oz glass so you could try the beers. They have a nice selection. I enjoyed a Belgian Saison and my husband liked the milk stout. They offered light snacks. It was a fun place to chat with locals and make new friends. The fact that it is in a converted garage makes it even more laid back and fun.

It is a very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Oh, and did I say, the beer is awesome. I think this is a great destination spot and I would highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys beer.

The two beers .....we had were awesome. Nice location and bar. Zach was a great bartender. We had a good time!! New sure to stop by even tho construction makes it hard to get there. Beer was fantastic!!!!!! Dont pass up this brewery if you love craft beers!!!!

It looks like a garage - because it really was a garage. Go inside and find friendly people and great beer. Outside seating area (small) with a view of the river. Little Soldier - highly recommended.

A great brewery out of a neighborhood garage! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A variety of hand crafted beer, something for everyone. Sit out on the back deck for a beautiful view! A definite stop every time I come to Algoma!
