Excellent service with the ability to adjust the flight plan as needed. Everything went smooth and the pilot took time to explain things (but also not when it was clear we just wanted to enjoy the views). Worth a repeat.

My husband's bday was on July 26th. Mine was July 28th. It's been a long time since we've done anything special for our bdays so I decided to book a surprise ride.
I started off by filling out the form through their website. I received a reply within an hour or so. All of my questions were answered and then some.
I decided to book a private, Route C tour. I also should add that they were able to accommodate us with only four days' notice. We were on the schedule and paid (50%) by the next day.
Our pilot was Nate. He greeted us at the gate and let us through. A quick do's & don'ts and we were off. The flight was awesome! I think I was more interested in the controls and the movements than the scenery for the first half. The banks were super fun. If all we did was dip left and right the whole time I think I would have been perfectly fine. It wasn't until we circled the Space Needle and could see Mt. Rainier in the distance that I started to pay attention to our surroundings.
The fake landing at Boeing was cool, the falls were beautiful, and going through the trees was a rush. I wish we could have taken a small nose dive out of the woods.
I was worried that I would get motion sickness and took a pill an hour before heading to the airport, but I don't think this would have bothered me at all.
The surprise was well received and it was a beautiful day for this helitour.
We're already hoping to take another ride in the future.
Thank you, Nate, for the smooth ride and I'm sorry that my husband pointed out all of the places he built. You were a good sport.
Overall, we would definitely do this again. It was a blast!

My girlfriend got me a helitour for my birthday. I was amazed by not only the view but the service. D, the pilot, was not only knowledgeable and accommodating but had a great personality. He also offered us insights into the industry that further enhanced our experience. Prior to take off he gave us a run down of sites to look forward to seeing. We were amazed to discover they did demo flight classes that we definitely plan to take advantage of in the future. The only downside is that we booked our trip on a day when the Mariners were playing so regulations inhibited us from flying closer to some landmarks. But even this wasn't enough to dampen our ride!

Company takes over a week to respond to emails including followup emails sent a few minutes after their replies. While I understand being busy so are your clients. I indicated several times that I wanted to finalize a booking within a few days only to not hear back and having to send a second or 3rd email to get a response. It has taken over a month of back and forth and about 6 emails and I have received 2 responses.
Decided company is too much of a hassle to deal with due to their poor customer service and responsiveness and have reached out to their competitor Helicopters Northwest who will hopefully be more responsive to clients trying to purchase tours.

While we were in the Seattle area we decided at the last minute to take a helicopter tour. This company was very accommodating. We were able to book a tour the very next day. The one hour ride was amazing and a great way to see the coastline and skyline of Seattle. We thought it was well worth the money. A great option if you want to see the sights but have a limited time frame. I would do it again.

For my first time in a helicopter, it was a great experience....I felt safe and enjoyed the tour of Seattle. We saw the Space Needle, the Olympic Peninsula, downtown Seattle and much more!

I am a bit of a junkie when it comes to helicopter flights so when landing into Seattle for the first time from Australia I thought what a great orientation with the city it could be and jumped a taxi from the airport to the Boeing Airfield and took off on a 30 minute tour around Seattle. The trip took in all of the key landmarks like Lake Washington, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Space Needle, Downtown. The pilot was informative and accommodating to manoevering the aircraft for my photo and video taking. For the price it was good value in my opinion.
