Market day or not... we walked around the town to see as many historic wall murals as possible. I am sure that we didn't get to enjoy them all, but photographed well over 60 of them. They made the town fun to explore.

Just the right size. Local growers, and growers from the region, organic and other. And some crafts. No imported trinkets, local stuff only. Next to a train and riverboat museum, easy to fine, good parking, no fees. Worth a stop, for fresh breads, baked goods,...More

What a great place to visit! Lots of great booths featuring local produce and arts and crafts. If you love street fairs, you'll love the farmer's market too! Near the water, very quaint area, great place to just enjoy a lazy afternoon walk.

The Anacortes Farmer's market happens every Saturday near the marina in Anacortes. It's a fairly small market compared to many other's that I've visited, but it's also quite nice. There's a decent sized sitting area with a small stage for local musicians to perform on...More
