Great place (on a clear day) to see many of the islands of the San Juans. Weekends can be busy for parking at the top.

This is an excellent hiking and picture taking spot. We were lucky enough to visit on an absolutely clear day and got some great pictures of the entire area. Great for families to visit and it's free!

Amazing views from the top. Short walk from the view points. great picnic spot! We were a little short on time but I wish we had more time for exploring.

The view from the top is spectacular. You can see Fidalgo Bay and numerous islands. It's a short walk from the car to the viewpoints. But you may want to climb down a little to get better photos of Mt. Baker. Rock climbers will enjoy...More

Decent view from the peak that could be a stunning view if the tops of a few trees were taken off. It was probably a lot better view 5 years ago.

My Erie is beautiful. You will hike a lot and see some of most beautiful trees and Scenery. Well worth the business

Take the time to make the 5 minute drive up to top of Mt. Erie...Can see forever from up there, its a must stop on the Island..Can get great pictures from up there

More specifically, if you are coming into Anacortes from the east on Hwy 20 turn left on Commercial and right on Fidalgo. Next turn left on O Ave and right on 41st.. Lastly, turn left on H Ave which becomes Heart Lake road... More

The park is about a 15 to 20 min drive from town and to get to the viewing points. I'd allow at least an hour to get there and back and to have some time to enjoy the different viewing points. I have no idea how long it... More
