I have been to the place several times , mostly for our own family outings and used one bay. This time we had to get 3 bays for us and my daughter's friends. Its amazing value and entertainment by itself. The food is menu is quite diverse (and yes to keep you honest , they have the calorie count so you can choose). Staff is attentive and high touch. We went on a long weekend it was very warm for a February morning so it was a much more crowded than normal. But we had a reservation and were brought to our bays with minimum wait. The staff helped set up the adjacent bays. And despite the rush and crowd, the staff were always present and attentive anticipating our next need. Isaac particularly is one name I remember who realized it was a birthday celebration and went the extra mile. Keep the good work Topgolf!

Nice, large venue with plenty of booths available for use. On the day we went, it was rather dead, so we had the whole bottom floor to ourselves. The staff was helpful and friendly and the food was really tasty (the Buffalo Chicken Dip and the Pretzel Bites were awesome!). They have golf pro's here to help too, we booked a session with Yong Joo and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Nice place for a corporate or birthday party, or just a get together with friends and family!

Have been to TopGolf in different locations around the country, and this location at OneLoudoun is fantastic! We were here for a friends bday party, just family, out of town guests and my daughters’ birthday party and it is always great service, great food and awesome experience. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and customer service centric, marking it a wonderful experience every time. Have recommended to friends and now to the local community at large.

Our group had a wonderful time at Topgolf. Excellent service and setting. You don't have to be a golfer to have fun here. The entire group enjoyed themselves. Food and beers were great, a wide variety. Time flies by quickly, the electronic scoring is outstanding. I can highly recommend.

I’ve had a “corporate platinum membership” for about six months to entertain clients and the customer service is non existent. Upon setting up the package you are provided with a sales contact to assist you or act as a concierge of sorts with all the “perks”. Call in advance to set up a lane, have clubs and food ready for you and your customers, no waiting to play, etc. All of this sounds nice and comes with a nice monthly fee.....but...there is no calling in advance.....because no one answers the phone, at the business or in the sales/membership department. Every time I’ve gone since day one I’ve waited to play, the last time for about 40 minutes and it was a weekday afternoon. The place was half empty and I had a customer with me for a quick game. The membership also isn’t valid Friday Saturday or Sunday, read the fine print. The perks they tell you about are just that, perks they tell you about but have no plans to act on. You pay $400 a month to remain a walk in customer with no preference. Our membership was canceled after 6 months and with the bait and switch I’m mad I paid for the first 6 months to be honest.

We went to this site with my friends to get a meal, and ordered a "Gluten Free" burger for a kid in the group. After waiting more tha 45 minutes for the order, we received everythinh including a supposed gluten free burguer. We actually confirmed again with the waitress about this more than 3 times. We began to eat, quality Ok, not really what we expected for the price. But the horror began when after 5 minutes another waiter came with the gluten free burguer. So the first one after checking in kitchen wasn't . Fortunantely the child only got a bite of it. We gave him the medicine and control the reaction, which by the way got the kid in bed for 2 days. If your offer gluten free, we expect it on the table when we order. Manager gave the apologies, and didn't charge (we almost leave everything)the food. They should have better controls, people could die for this errors.

If anyone had told me that I would be swinging golf clubs around midnight on a freezing Saturday night and drinking beer, I would have told them to get their heads examined ... but that is exactly what we ended up doing ! I was the only 'senior' in the gang as the rest were my son and his friends with spouses and after a late dinner at home, Topgolf was enthusiastically voted for by all of them ... and I couldn't understand why they all were so gung-ho about going there when it was freezing and windy outside ! But, I figured that out when I ended up having so much fun .... Topgolf in Ashburn, VA is a 250 yard driving range with nearly a 100 driving stations in 3 levels. At $45 an hour on weekends with no limit on the shots, it can turn out to be a very addictive pastime ... especially for non golfers like me ! An hour went by very quickly as none of us play golf regularly and most of the time we were experimenting newer ways to make a fool of ourselves by attempting different styles and stances ! The ladies had fun too and did quite well. We were already full from a nice home made dinner and hence we just had a beer and did not order anything to eat. But, I believe they have a fair selection of dishes to order if you are hungry. The service is fairly quick and friendly, the place is neat and clean ... definitely a place worth checking out, whether you play golf or not, whether you like it or not ! A lot of fun is guaranteed !

I waited 1 hour for this sht and the lady forgot to put the fing reservation in so we got a trash bay. 0/10 experience. The manager, joe mama, didn’t do anything to help us. Never going to this dumpster fire of an establishment ever again

The place offers Golf along with drinks and the price of golf is reasonable and this is definitely a place to go with friends and to have some fun. The pricing is a bit higher on weekends but still reasonable.

My family enjoys going to TopGolf, it is a lot of fun for everyone in the family. We enjoy the game as well as the food and drinks. The food is great and the service is great. I even took a couple of lessons with Coach Jake to learn how to hit the ball better; he is an excellent teacher! This last time we visited, it was a bit warm outside but the drinks were nice and cold and arrived quickly, the food was served hot, and the fans were on so we were still comfortable on a hot day.
