I did three flights with my teenage daughter. We were beginners. We were given instructions on what to expect and then we took turns going in the wind tunnel with the instructor. We also paid a little bit extra to get taken up higher by the instructor and that was worth it. This was a fun and unique outing and worth doing at least once. I’m glad we had three fights. Each flight is about 3 minutes. You should have a good back to do this because you really stretch out during the flight. My daughter was a natural at it and will probably do this again. I was happy with my time and can cross this off my bucket list.

Your first time requires an instructor and only doing a few tricks. That was a lot of fun though. Once you get good, you can fly up and down the tunnel like Superman doing acrobatics along the way. Getting to that level will make you want to go back.

Super cool experience. Very nice family activity. It was a rainy day and most outdoor activities were not convenient. Ifly saved the day. Travis was a great instructor.

My son has been once before and really enjoyed it. For his mom's birthday, we wanted to do it as a family. Unfortunately, there is a waiver statement that I will not agree to, nor will my wife: "Exclusive rights to all photos, likenesses, voice etc, for commercial use without compensation.....and it goes on". I am not willing to give that permission. So we asked for a refund for my wife and I. We let our son make his own choice and he will fly. It's a shame they feel as though they need to claim patrons' pictures for marketing IOT make more money. Trust me, at the prices they charge for the amount of time you get...they make enough money already without me giving exclusive rights to any photos they take. Oh well! If anyone wants a free option, join the military and go to Airborne school.

First visit - my child was the only one at her time schedule and we end up waiting for an hour and a half past our time, as some one ( looked like parent was one of the staff member as he new everyone) had a party and they were more then an hour behind, looked like all people at that party went for additional times etc.,
NO one told us how locn we will be waiting - communication problem, why our instructor was affraid to ask them? he was just telling us - 20 more minutes, then that group will go again, and again. He could have just go there and ask to get my kid there, same as when later another instructor with her flyer was in the tunnel with us. it was Sunday evening, after two hours waiting to fly my child was hungry, unhappy, and did not wnat to fly - of cause no one will refund or will reschedule, absolutely no wrights for customers, I asked for full face helmet - instructor said that for first time all should wear open face with googles, my child said it was extremely uncomfortable, she could not breath, everyone else were wearing full face helmet. No one apologized, no one offer anything , no one ever answered to my email. Only after flight staff try to sell you new flight.
As I had a second gift certificate we had to come back, hoping for better experience, tryied to book early time and called to be sure that they on time. WHen checked in and asked for full faced helmet - staff told be sure, and then asked for additional $9.99 per helmet for upgrade, NOTHING ON THIER SITE THAT TWO DIFFRENT helmets offered and that full face is upgrade, also when I showed to her that my package has " ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED" she still said not the full face, then she was nopt sure, then went top talk to manager, who never came to the front desk, same as they never return your emails . Then she came back and said - or it is $5 per helmet. which we had to pay , I was just tired from all their bad service and did not want to spent there more time, and ask for manager as think it would not help anyway. we saw that day everyone were flying with open face helmets. It is bad customer service, air is blowing very hard, even with closed face helmet can be difficult to breath if put had up. Just because they have no competition in this area yet, management or owners dont care about customer servise or making customers happy.Staff trained only charge extra for everything , most answers they gave me were not true, and did not made my experience better. When you pay $100 fro 3 minutes flying time - and you have to wait long time as you are nit important as someone who is in front of you - do you want to spent more - NO. I would not mind upgrade the experience - but not to pay for hidden fees - as unknown helmet fees. which is not published anywhere - and probably different everyday.

I signed up for this experience through an unaffiliated group. The check-in process was not clear. During the classroom/gearing up portion, it seemed like the facility had overbooked the time slots. There were not enough seats in the classroom or wind tunnel. Everything felt rushed. Afterwards, when I attempted to retrieve my free video (part of the experience package), my voucher did not scan appropriately and I was charged for both of the videos I ordered (I should've only been charged for one!). I tried to get help at the service desks but no one "knew how" to issue a refund for the free video. They gave me a business card for their manager, and I've contacted him with all of the information related to the issue. I have not heard back and am still being charged for both videos! My coworkers actually wanted to book a morale event at iFly, but I've steered them to another venue. Poor service, iFly!

You will only have two flights turn even though you buy more than 2 flight package. It is better to buy 2 flights; otherwise, you will feel wasting of your money. Also, I do not recommend to buy a photo package since it is very low quality and not a good shot at all.

Whole family went aged 10 to 58 and everyone had a blast. A lot of this credit goes to the instructor we had, Dillon, he was very skilled at flying and communicating with each of us on an individual level to assure we all had a great time. Thanks Dillon.

I've been flying twice at this location and it was very enjoyable both times. We got discounted vouchers from Costco (or I doubt we would have spent the money to go as it is on the pricey side).
I absolutely love the high fly option- it is an incredibly freeing experience. You get two flights in the chamber, and you only high fly on the second flight. I do wish that they would ask who had experience so that there was a possibility of doing more high flying if you had been there before (as you do pay a premium) but logistically they are so busy and they take fliers in groups so it would be difficult to pull off (especially over the noise of the fans).
Overall it is a great bargain for what you get with respect to time. Had you gone skydiving from an actual plane, you'd actually have less time free-falling than iFly gives you in the flight chamber, so while it does feel short you really are getting more. As with any "activity" in this area, I did find the pictures/videos overpriced, but again, get the Costco discount voucher in advance and it includes one free picture so there are ways to get more bang for your buck.

Our 14 year old and 6 year old loved the experience. Training was appropriate and they were equipped well. As a parent, I'm glad they got to do this. I do wish it was less expensive. $75 for one person to fly two, one minute flights is a lot of money.
