This Iceplex is incredible. Two industry worthy ice rinks. There are plenty of locker rooms here and the facilities are top notch. I get my ice skates sharpened here every few months and they always do a great job. I play in adult hockey and they always do a great job.

We went to watch the Washington Capitals morning skate and ended up having an incredible time here. The facilities were easy to find and very well kept. The public is abe to watch the Capitals practice and afterwards the kids were able to get some autographs from a few players who stayed back. This place has a very nice set up for the fans, especially the younger ones. If you want close access to the Washington Capitals, this a good place to start. There was plenty of cheap parking, they sell food and drinks and have a Capitals fan shop as well.

Going to Iceplex to watch caps to practice is a great experience. These superstars work hard at practice. Lots of drills are not much different from what youth hockey players will do at practice, but with much higher intensity. The stands were packed when we visited. You can get some autograph if you are lucky enough.
The store inside the building has a comprehensive selection of Capitals apparel, jerseys, mugs, and many things for Caps' fans.

Kettler is not the closest skating rink, to me, but it is definitely worth the trip. As a Caps fan, I love watching the guys practice during the season. The fan shop always has great stuff to choose from, and the folks in the pro shop are helpful. Also, the one time I was injured while skating a few weeks ago, the staff was wonderful in ensuring I received the assistance I needed.

My daughter has been begging me to take her to a practice. We arrived a few minutes late Saturday morning (before Game 3 of the finals) only to find the place absolutely packed! No complaints from me or my daughter. For her to be able to sit in the floor and watch all her hockey heroes zooming around is a memory she'll forever cherish. The season is over, the cup has been hoisted, one can expect this place to be packed for years to come.

This is the Washington Capitals practice facility. The rinks are really well maintained. Plenty of restrooms, seating, food. You can rent skates and skate during open times. The observation areas are great! I highly recommend.

We enrolled our 7 y/o in skating lessons and the staff has been stellar. The facility is amazing - two rinks on the 8th floor of a local shopping mall, one for practice and one for the Capitals games. Well maintained, spacious, food and store facilities.

This place not only has two rinks to accommodate the normal public ice skating, but also to accommodate the professional team, the Capitals. They also have league games on the second rink. Prices are fair and it is easy to access through the mall

This place is so cool. We got to sit up close and personal to watch Caps practice, and stuck around for a juniors league game after. You can even wait out side for a chance to meet players!

If you live and breathe hockey this is a must visit. You will get a full-on hockey experience. Moreover, the capitals team store is in this location.
