Washington DC Monuments by Moonlight Tour by Trolley

1,622 reviews
Washington DC looks spectacular when lit up at night, so make the most of your time in the city by going on an evening tour on an open-air trolley. Going on an organized tour saves time working out local public transport, and means you can learn along the way through guide commentary. Tick off lots of top landmarks such as the Lincoln Memorial, the White House, the Washington Memorial, and more.

I had a great experience purchasing an E-Bike from Hybrid Pedals. Alan Levine is very knowledgeable and allowed me to test ride any bike I was interested in. I rented an e-bike for a day to make sure I knew what I was buying was going to work in and around my home. I ended up with the Bagibike B20 fat tire bike for the following reasons: 1. It rides so smooth. 2. 9 Levels of pedal assist 3. Mostly vertical riding position 4. Integrated lights (head light, rear brake, and turn signals) 5. Very Good Price considering all the features 6. It folds and fits in my trunk. 7. Robust build quality. 8. It looks really cool I've had the bike for just about 3 months and I have already put over 1100 miles on the bike. I ride this bike 4 to 5 times a week as the weather permits. My longest ride was on the C&O canal by Great Falls and I did 43 miles. That is very impressive considering that I'm a very big guy so that pedal assist is doing a great job pushing me and the bike. I was using pedal assist level 1 and 2, so that helps to extend the range. I also ride it around Ocean City MD a lot and I often ride it for 30 to 35 miles on a single charge. My only issue so far is the fat tires are good at picking up road debris and I have had 2 flat tires. So I purchased tire liners and so far so good. I will add that I'm 51 years old and I just wasn't in good enough shape to handle the hills around my home on my old bike. This bike gives me the freedom to ride anywhere I want to. I went for a ride with my daughter (who is 23) on the W&OD bike trial and I had to slow down from my normal cruising speed to keep from riding away from her. If you used to like bike riding and want to get back into, I recommend you go to Hybrid Pedals and check out the Bagibikes!!!

I bought an ebike online without doing much research into ebikes. I wanted a commuting bike that would get me to work as un-sweatily as possible, but that I could turn off or down on my way home to get a workout in. My bike is a great bike, but I got into an accident in the first two weeks and damaged the wiring and display screen. I quickly found out that one of the perils of buying an ebike online is that there isn't necessarily a dedicated store to fix that brand of bike in my area. After calling three different local bike shops - all who told me they couldn't fix my Juiced bike from California - I found Hybrid Pedals. Alan and his team contacted Juiced to get the necessary parts, and lent me a rental bike while mine was being fixed. They answered all of my questions about ebikes in the meantime. A huge thanks to Alan, Rik and Fote - I wouldn't be riding without them!

Allan was helpful and honest about the bikes. The have a large selection to choose from. He could tell right away what style of bike my wife would like, but want's the customer to ride several before choosing. We both got to test ride 3-4 bikes each and had a blast. In the end we picked the perfect bike for my wife. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for an electric bike.

I was a skeptic at first but now I am fully convinced that Hybrid Pedals is the best place to purchase an electric bike in the DC metro region. While they seem to carry some of the best brands, have a wide selection, and have deep knowledge of e-bikes, their shop didn't seem quite as polished and organized as other bike shops. But I really put Hybrid Pedals to the ultimate customer test and they passed with flying colors! The Emotion e-bike I purchased had a defective torque sensor or a related issue that was very hard to diagnose but caused the power to cut out, sometimes for a few split seconds at a time and sometimes longer. Some bike shops would have given me resistance since they couldn't easily reproduce the power issue when I brought the bike to their shop. Instead, Hybrid Pedals set me up with a great loaner e-bike (nearly the same as the one I purchased), while they kept trying to fix the bike. Over the course of a few months, they tried to fix the bike by inspecting and adjusting the cables, running electronc diagnostics, inspecting the battery and battery contacts, and then eventually got the manufacturer to replace the entire rear wheel (including the motor). When none of that worked, they gave me a brand new bike of the same make and model, deciding that I shouldn't be hassled any more. Along the way, they couldn't have been friendlier or more responsive. While they don't come across as polished or organized as other bike shops, they really delivered great customer service. I also learned that the owner is very committed to the cause of e-bikes. He sees it as more than just a way to make money. He's working with transportation planners to use e-bikes as a way to reduce traffic and air pollution and help people get more exercise.

Rented the bikes for 3 hours, easy start to finish. Tons of fun, short ride to the trail, went all the way to the Lincoln memorial 👌
