I can't say much that hasn't been said but I gave this Five stars because it really should be on everyone's DC list of things to do; we must do our part to let the next generation never forget history.

The Pentagon Memorial is beautifully designed and very well maintained. Pleasant with white blooming crape myrtle trees and flowing water at each memorial. The audio tour is absolutely necessary, as there is very little written information anywhere in the memorial. Outdoors.

A somber memorial for sure though I personally feel as though it fails to capture the true horror of what took place. Would have appreciated more history of the event and actions leading up to 9-11 to set the stage.

Was very deepening moment seeing this for the first time. Would go back again. Spend plenty of time to digest it all in. Was amazing.

A shade over a 10 minute walk from the Pentagon City metro station. If walking, most comfortable to walk thru the shopping mall in the pleasant air conditioning. There is very little written explanation there but you can phone in and get commentary that way....More
