Fun and lively waterfront warehouse filled with artist studios. Art running the gamut from first-rate to really amateurish, but then art is objective. All in all, we were generally more impressed with the building, than the wares, though there were a lot of fine jewelry designers. Definitely worth the visit, just for the fun experience in a unique setting, but... More

The factory has three floors of mostly art. There is also jewelry pieces and small kids' gifts. It is nice to visit but many for sale items were ridiculously expensive.

Nice location on the waterfront. There are several shops and stalls inside selling food, art, trinkets etc. There are often people playing music or other street performers on weekends. The area doesn't usually get super crowded so it is enjoyable even on weekends.

We visited on a weekend. Only a few stores and it appears some of the owners only open if they get around to it. The posted hours don't seem to mean much. We looked at the studios and many of them were very similar in the artwork produced. There were a few exceptional studios but most were pretty average, but... More

Very talented artist. Even if you aren't in to art, you must go inside the building and look around. Nicely done.

I love this place. I actually go during the week because it is basically empty, but my review recommends to go on the weekend because all the venders and shop owners are visible and open. I take classes here during the week. All the teachers have different styles and perspectives. That is a good thing. There is a shop for... More
