Had a nice lake view sitting in sun w our dog asleep at our feet . Many deck levels .. we did valet and walked up to the highest level. Food appears to be standard bar food..totally doable
We went mid day on a Sunday.. can see why it gets packed at sunset..we saw paddle boarders, boats, a helicopter land on a low water island.. great views and took about 25 from downtown to drive there..pretty easy

This is a bar not the large restaurant adjacent to it with similar name. We all had Cubana sandwich with fries and got spicy ketchup on the side or parmesan truffle fries. Great sandwich but wouldn't spend the extra for the truffle fries and were glad got spicy ketchup on the side as liked them better without. We went her for view at sunset and was worth it but good food was a bonus. Another recommendation is stick to the beer it is a brewery mixed drinks weren't worth the price

We couldn't get decent seats at the restaurant so we opted for the bar beside it. Good drink selection, although I am not a beer drinker, the apps were typical bar chow. The pretzel as a side to the chips didn't pan out. The truffle fries were good. The sunset though is a sight to behold. We went on a Friday and the crowd wasn't too bad. The picture above is spot on, an ordinary camera will produce fantastic results. Now if they could only hire a good chef...

Great place to come on Lake Travis. Free parking plenty of stores and the Oasis restaurant and Brewing Company. Nice open areas, good food and beer options and a great view of Lake Travis up on the 3rd Floor. Very nice place to be on a hot Texas Summer. Come and spend some time at Lake Travis great place for some good times
and good beer at the Oasis Texas Brewing Company.

Both the top level and Barrel Room have dog friendly decks to enjoy with your favorite peeps and pets. The barrel room has a wide variety of liquors and just a few beers on tap along with canned beers. The piggy sammie sandwich was very good. Love the views and so much more chill than the Oasis restaurant. Definitely worth showing guests that Austin is not flat.

This restaurant has nice view. I have visited yesterday evening. If was treated as awful! Server was not smiling made a wrong order and did not say sorry. She have been pouring glasses to all the surrounding tables. Never came to our table and ask for anything. Did not say thanks for coming. Fully recist! if you are wite, you youll be treated good. If you are Indian or black, you will be treated BAD!!!! I have reported Manager. She replied me "Whatever"! Really??? Black and Indian people's dollar is no good for them. I have given Tips despite of all what I was treated.

Okay...hot and cold review...
The beer here, for medium gravity brews, is very good. They have a wide verity of really good beers with great tastes and varieties.
Our guy Jordan took good care of us and gave my wife a few samples until she found one that she liked. Thank you again sir.
The view here is unparalleled from anything else in Texas and perhaps the lower 48. The spectacle over Lake Travis from this point is majestic and awe-inspiring.
What’s NOT awe-inspiring is the food. I ordered the Texas Ruben with extra fries, and the fries were the hit.
The sandwich had great bread and pickled red cabbage, but quite frankly, the brisket between the bread SUCKED! I’ve had better at Wendy’s,
Every single piece of meat was disgustingly fatty, like they served us the entire fat cap.
I want back to not complain but just ask if this was normal, and the manager said he would ask the kitchen and get back with me. I got zero back.
I will be back for the beer, the service, and the view, but I will certainly hit something better first for food...like Checkers or Taco Bell.
Go thirsty my friends...but please don’t go hungry.

I will start by saying we were visiting on a holiday weekend. We waited in line for 20 minutes just to put our name on the list. We had a two hour wait for dinner. They had two bars, but we waited in cattle-herders for 25 minutes to get a drink. After we were seated outside on the middle balcony, someone on the balcony above spilled their drink which came through the floor onto our table as well as two others. It took me a few minutes to get someone to get us some napkins so I could dry myself off.

We ordered drinks and appetizers right after we were seated. About five minutes later we ordered dinner. It took about 23 minutes to get our food. The appetizers showed up way after that. We returned them because we already had our dinner.

The food was actually good, but slightly expensive for what it was. The best thing about this expensive meal was the sunset.

The view here is beautiful, but the service and beer were gutter. My wife and son got a table on the deck. I ordered from the bar. The girl poured my beer, swiped my card, threw down the check and walked away. She was actually talking with some locals while she served me, and when she threw down the check, it wasn't even in front of me. She wasn't rude, just inattentive and indifferent. I tipped her a couple of bucks anyway and then couldn't figure out why I did.

All of this would have been tolerable, if the beer were good. It wasn't. They need an experienced brewmaster. We ordered their IPA and an ESB. The IPA was yellow. Not amber or copper or some other acceptable color--yellow like a cloudy piss. One note hops, so what I mean is, it tasted like the beer was probably hopped in the boil and dry hopped with loads of one variety of hops. It's the way you'd make an IPA if you're home brewing for the first time and don't know what you're doing. The ESB was acceptable, but boring. I home-brew and I'm not pretentious about it, I just like good beer, but I'd be ashamed to serve what they were serving, especially at $6 a pint. Let me put it another way: if I had brewed a batch of beer like I tasted at Oasis, I'd pour it out.
