Nice low key shopping area convenient to the Renaissance hotel. Some chain and local stores as well as a good mix of restaurants. Good walkability and thing to do away from the bustle of downtown.

Very nice shopping area - perfect for strolling and shopping. Nice variety of stores. I especially enjoyed being able to visit both a Soft Surroundings and Lamps Plus shop. I have received and ordered from their catalogs for quite some time, however, this was the first time I have ever seen them in a shopping center. There were several other popular haunts including Pottery Barn, Gap and Chico's, to name a few. The Barnes and Noble bookstore was fabulous! Two stories of wonderful books and goodies to peruse at your leisure. When your feet start hurting and your stomach starts growling, there are plenty of great choices for lunch and dinner. My granddaughter and I went to Five Guys Burgers and Fries - delicious! A bit later on we stopped at Amy's Ice Cream and customized our own delectable creations. You can choose from a large variety of mix-ins - everything from candy to cookies to fruits. If I close my eyes and focus, I can almost still taste that magical creation, lol! I wouldn't hesitate to make a stop at the Arboretum. You really can't go wrong with the plentiful assortments of shops and eateries. …

Restaurants, bookstore, boutique shopping for men and women, and lots of parking. But, I enjoy spending 15 minutes or so by the pond several hundred yards down the hill from Barnes and Noble. Not particularly a special pond, but a nice, close by, way to get away for a few minutes ...…
