A different kind of park. I understand that up until a month ago anyone could walk up to it and a express themselves. However, there is now a chain link fence around. You can still take photos. It is different.

Snapchat, Instagram picture “worthy” as said by teenagers. Muddy and dirty. Incredible graffiti art with spray cans all over the ground. Garbage cans were full so why not use the ground? Closing Jan 2 2019 for good!? No parking—-park down street at meter.
