We just saw Frankie Valli at this amazing venue! The acoustic are really great and the seats are comfortable! You can park in the garage for a few dollars and walk to the place in less than 10 minutes!

Had good seats to a great performance (Les Miserables). Parking was easy in a nearby parking garage ($10) a block away. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints!
