If you are in downtown Austin and need a calm, quiet place to take a break, this is it. A classic old building with beautiful stain glass windows offers peace and quiet. Prayers are allowed.

I went recently for the noon Mass while on vacation in Austin. Mens choir was incredible. Ushers so friendly. Easy to get to.

The Gothic Cathedral is magnificent with its stain glass windows, rose window, altar, columns, flying buttresses, and beautiful painting of Mary going to heaven The choir at the 12 noon mass is ethereal...like you are in heaven.

I attended the 12n Mass here recently, and the choir is amazing. The Cathedral is gorgeous, and was convenient to the Doubletree Hotel on 15th street. Definitely walking distance. A beautiful Mass!

Located downtown Austin, St. Mary's is one beautiful church. Was not able to go inside, but the exterior is stunning. I can only imagine the beauty inside.

We attended the Latin mass and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The cantor had a gorgeous voice and the service was very reverent.

Amazing to see! It was free to look around and the people were very nice. The windows were very detailed and it was open for anyone to worship.
