Spent an hour and half here October 15. I found a pair of Tony Lamas i have been looking for everywhere for months plus a pair of their brand . We were waited on by Andrew and he couldnt have been better. He diligently checked the computer and back room For many sizes and styles. I have never had better customer service. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definite must if you are in Austin and want boots. Pet friendly and parking right out front which is rare in Austin.

The store is top-notch quality that comes with matching prices, but it’s worth it. Aisles upon aisles of beautiful craftsman cowboy and cowgirl boots. The customer service is superb. Their expertise is evident in everything from finding boots that fit to choosing the right hat. The smell of wood and leather is wonderful. It’s a must see for visiting Texas.
