The cowboy boot shopping experience at Allens Boots was perfect. From the moment we arrived, Andrew looked after us. He helped me with sizing, choices and kept my boots and hat choices aside for us to pay later in the day. We returned to a really packed store (so glad we’d been there at opening time - one benefit of jetlag!) but Andrew was still serving everyone with the same ease and charm. Ended up buying several things as having spent the day in Austin, we realised they had the best choice and were the best priced too. If you’re looking for a pair of boots or anything western, just go straight to Allens.

We ended up in here to kill some time and both left with cowboy boots! Allen boots are definitely an investment, but they seem very durable. The store has a great selection, and staff was so helpful guiding us on proper sizing and boot fashion. This would definitely be a fun stop even if you don’t plan to buy!

Very friendly environment. Knowledgeable staff that did not pressure me and they were brutally honest about what looked best for me. I really appreciate that kind of feedback. Excellent selection. Fare industry pricing. Cool story to hang out in. They even gave me a nice beer to drink while I shopped. Boots, hats, clothes and accessories! All high quality. We had so much fun shopping. I got a killer pair of calf skin roopers.. very cool. I recommend them!

Allens Boots has an extensive collection of high quality boots to choose from. I was in awe of the beauty and craftsmanship that goes into each individual pairs creation. The store is well organised. The staff are friendly, patient and very informative when it comes to any questions you may have. (Shoutout to Ray who was lovely in helping me find the perfect pair of boots). My advice to anyone going would be to take your time as the right pair of boots will find you.

Buying boots for our granddaughter (8years), we encountered a very knowledgeable, motivated and friendly sales lady. She was not trying to make a quick sale, but was patient and engaging with our granddaughter. This was one of our most positive shopping experiences in a long time for all of us.
