One world theater customer service has refused to honor their refund policy. They sent me an email on October 20 with instructions and options for a refund for the Victor Wooten concert. I have called a 12 times, left messages. I have sent 6x emails asking for any type of response. Nothing. I guess they intend to ignore me in order to keep my money. OWT- if you want to correct this then reply back with a number or email that you actually answer. Otherwise, here’s comes the negative reviews blast..everywhere.…

We found a famous, Grammy-winning bassist who was performing there so we got tickets for just the music show. Good thing we did not do the "dinner theater" option...it looked lame. The dinner was served in the downstairs room which was just a very large open room with zero ambiance. Looks like not many folks opted for the dinner...only two tables at the end of this large room were being served. The rest of the folks were just getting a cocktail and standing around waiting for the show (not much seating other than those two dinner tables...it was an odd set up). But the upstairs performance space is nice (not the most comfortable seats, tho). Overall, it is a quaint place to take in a show, but I would not recommend it for dinner.…

Great musical acts in a scenic, intimate setting. Come early for drinks. (You can bring them to your seat.) Think twice about dinner -- it can go wrong in so many ways. Our entrée arrived 5 minutes before show time.

Wow, this place, a formerly nice venue, has become a horrible place due to rude, incompetent staff. This place won’t last much longer unless there are major changes in how the poorly-trained, indifferent staff treats customers. I recommend avoiding One World Theater.
