OMG, I didn’t know where to look first! It’s just filled with treasures in every nook and cranny. Lots of interesting and uncommon objects. The perfect name for this wonderful shop. And be sure to, at least, peek in the restroom. The owner, Steve Wiman, has worked his magic on the walls. Don’t want to say too much about it. Just go see for yourself!

My wife and I have literally been to flea markets and antique malls From coast to coast and this is by far our favorite. This is not your typical antique store selling crafts and reproductions and junk. The name of this store says it all. This is our second time here and we only get to visit when we come to Austin to visit our son but we may be visiting our son more just to stop here. ;). If you like different and unique items, you need to stop here. Even if you don’t find anything to buy the store is just awesome!

If you have been in any antique shop in Texas you have seen everything in this store.
Uncommon? No, Old? Yes. This is just a run of the mill antique shop like all others with one exception, It is very expensive junk.

Nothing makes you feel less welcome than being called out in front of a large crowd for having a small backpack purse. I WANT to give this store a high rating just because of all of the interesting things inside, but one of the employees embarrassed me by ordering me to wear my purse in front of my body in front of a bunch of shoppers. Did he think I wanted to steal or did he want to protect the items from being knocked over by my little backpack purse? I'm not sure, but what I do know is that it ruined the experience. I just wanted to leave quickly. I wont be visiting again because of this and because of the terrible parking.

This is a store where you could find just about anything and you will certainly find things you weren't expecting! Every corner we turned we found some new/old trinket worth seeing. Our daughters each bought a little something and we found some hysterical cards worth taking home. A perfect spot to do some browsing.

Do not bring young children here who need to touch everything. It will end in tears. Everyone else will likely enjoy exploring this well-arranged and well-curated antiques and oddities store. There is so much to see. I shop here when I need a special or unique item for interior styling and decorating. Yes, there are some pricey antiques, but there are also many affordable knick-knacks, vintage jewelry and general collectible stuff.

The store moved off of South Congress Avenue a few years ago, and is now a little bit more off the beaten path. The upside is that there is more convenient parking now.

Large store full of unique pieces. Great place to beat the heat in. Found a cool last rights kit. Surrounding area has some cool stores as well.

Loved visiting this store! If you've ever wondered who buys all that weird crap at estate sales, it's these guys. There's a large assortment of things, old signs, taxidermy, costumes, buttons, antique furniture, pottery, list goes on. My favorite thing is that each "room" is color-coated. So it doesn't feel like a hodge-podge of stuff, but more curated and thoughtful. It's peaceful and inspirational to wander through the store.

Even though we didn't buy anything, I loved this store. The things were just a touch too expensive, but if I was going here for a purpose and wanted a statement piece, I'd buy it!

I've always wondered where those things I forgot about ended up and here in Austin at least I've found that place. Too many things to even begin to describe suffice to say if your want something unusual or out of the ordinary, this is THE place.
