A friend and I were shopping on South Congress and stopped into Tesoros. 30 minutes later, we were still there shopping! So many fun things and great gift ideas. Most of the merchandise is imported from craftmen around the world. Highly recommend if you like handmade items!

I go to Austin once a year and always go to Tesoro's twice. There is so much to see that it requires two visits. This is a great place to buy unique gifts for your friends and family. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

We visited Tesoros on our trip down Congress. It's on the corner, next to that awesome taco spot. It has the most unique, one of a kind, handmade, exquisite and reasonably priced selection I've had the pleasure to shop. Every part of the globe is recognized. Authentic, and rare, I could have bought a piece from every continent. It is... More

It's difficult to bring together lots of different cultural artifacts and make sense of these in a shop. From the window it seems as though the shop is going to sell Mexican crafts, but inside there are things from Japan, Peru and others too. Lots of lovely - very good quality - things.

I have been to this store so many times. I have purchased many things, but the last experience I had. . . well, never again! My friend purchased yet another pillow to add to a collection that was started awhile back. When he wanted to exchange for a different color, less than 24 hrs. later, with receipt, etc., he was... If I wasn't in the process of moving and travelling I'd have been more inclined to buy something in here as it was full with fun and interesting items. Sadly a lot of this stuff we can buy cheaper in Mexico, so it was a bit over priced but for those who don't want to drive south of the boarder... More

I've been to Tesoros a handful of times before and it's a fun browsing place with pretty imported gifts that are more on the pricey side. There's are clear "you break it, you buy it" signs around the store as it's the owner's policy and it definitely made me more careful. BUT accidents do happen and it happened that I... More

Beautiful store and amazing artisan crafts from all over the world. I could have spent half a day in the store - there were so many unique items. Absolutely stunning Peruvian wool blankets, silver jewelry and just a vast assortment of unique and one of a kind items.
