Pete's is a Rock & Roll Dueling Piano Bar. If singing as loud as possible in a crowd is not for you sit at the back of the room. If you can't take a joke sit at the back of the room. If you are ready to clap, sing and scream come grab a seat on the front row and put your song requests on the piano! We are open 7 nights a week and our performers will amaze you.

Dueling pianos are a bit of a novelty, so it's left up to the pianists to make it special. These guys, all 4 of them, are great musicians that involve the crowd and get everybody into the spirit of things. There is a $10 cover at the door and the drinks are reasonably priced with good service to match. If... More

You can't help but sing and dance along to the great piano music! You smile and you have a blast. Can be a crowded but it's so much fun that you don't mind!

Was a bi5 dubious about going into this bar as it was the only bar on 6th St charging. However I was amazed at the talent of the musicians on that night. All could play almost any song requested well. They all switched between piano, guitar and drums. One even playing the electric fiddle. Had a great night .great atmosphere and... More

Our girls trip started here. What a great place to sit relax with a drink & have fun with the musicians. They played the best songs (all crowd requests), even ones you would never think would sound good on a piano! We throughly enjoyed ourselves & can't wait to come back during our next visit to Austin!

We were in Austin for a bachelorette party and I put this on our activities list after reading the reviews on Pete's Dueling Piano Bar. I'm so glad we did this - it was so much fun! The show started at 8pm and the piano players are so talented. We were surrounded by a few bachelorette parties and everyone was... More

Pretty good for a bar, the servers were attentive; drinks were good at reasonable prices. The entertainment was a rip off. Not only were the musicians awful (for awhile I thought they were letting patrons play the music) they would take requests but if your tip was less than $20 forget about hearing it. I imagine if you were drunk... More

So fun we are ready to plan a trip to Austin so we can go back here. We planned on going for 2 hours and stayed almost 5. All of the performers are crazy talented and funny.

Looking for something different in a bar scene! Tired of hitting clubs? Go visit Pete's for a night of laughs and sing alongs! Two piano players will sing, joke, and get you on your feet with songs from today and yesterday. This isn't a karaoke bar, but you'll sing your heart out to favorites!
