Custom tour Austin and Hill Country

Our group of 10 loved traveling in the new glass top vehicle for our private tour. Mary and Bree incorporated our interests into a 4 hour tour of city and Hill Country that was a great combination of riding, walking, eating and photos. Bree was so knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun. Loved hearing her stories! Red and White wine tasting was our final stop - perfect ending for our memorable tour!

Last minute call

We were in Austin for the day and decided on a last minute tour. We had no problem getting tickets, our driver Ari was great. We drove by different points of interest and stopped at Lady Bird Lake. The van was clean, masks are required and temperature was taken prior to boarding.

Good but not Great

Love the Open-Air bus concept. It’s great they are open at this point in the pandemic. Masks still required EVERYWHERE in Austin, this includes while on the bus. Enjoyed the ride and seeing the Hill Country. Wish the information presented was more interesting. Great way to see what’s out there. Comfortable ride. Great views.

Lesson needed in customer service and friendliness

Disappointing-not because of tour route but customer service and unfriendly guide.
We walked at high speed to get there for a tour that we were told could accommodate our group of 4 only to find out it was booked. One of the individuals, who ended up being the guide on the later tour, was unhelpful and non-communicative.

Hello, We want very much to take corrective action concerning your experience. I take our guests comments very seriously and would like to address this with the guide. Could you please let us know what day & time you were attempting to take a tour? We require reservations and the only way to secure seats on our tours is to purchase the tickets. We are happy to accommodate walk up guests if there is space available. We look forward to hearing back from you so that we can prevent this moving forward.

Lovely way to see Austin

This was a very comfortable and interesting tour. In the past we have always booked on the hop on/ hop off bus, this is so much better! Love the open top of the van. Love that we are able to get out and explore at different stops. Love the commentary provided both by the guide and the pre programmed audio. Loved that it was a small group with extra Covid precautions. Really loved everything about this❤️

Great way to be introduced to the city

We did a walking tour that included some food sampling’s as well. It was a great way to be introduced to the city. The guide was very friendly, prompt, and was very knowledgeable about Austin and downtown. The owner was very accommodating as well and helped put a tour together for us during this time of Covid. Great communication and a great tour.

Good value. Doug was a good guide the right mix of history, culture, spots to try and and to avoid, and humor. First class bus. At about 2.5 hours a good length with several enjoyable rest stops.

Great City Tour

A very comprehensive city tour of Austin in the comfort of an open convertible Sprinter driven by Ari, our expert guide. Included landmarks, parks and architecture as well as interesting history! Nice photo ops and 2 stops to stretch our legs and do a bit of additional sightseeing. An excellent value for the experience!

He filled in so much between audio tour.
Wish the 2 1/2hr tour was available.
Appreciated Jack(?) spending time w/us after tour to give us tips for us to expand what we saw in Austin.

Great value; wonderful tour guide!
We loved this tour. We felt like there was something for everyone...the history buff, the arts or sports enthusiast, and those who love the great outdoors. I was the wide eyed tourist who wanted to see everything Austin has to offer, and this tour delivered. The tour guide (Nathan) was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable if you had questions. The tour bus itself seemed well kept, and we enjoyed that the tour was smaller in terms of the group size. In sum, we loved it!
