Found this on TripAdvisor. Was looking for something new to do in Austin. Spent about 2 hours here but could have spent 2 days if you wanted to read every part. Some great displays. Keep in mind its free, but its even worth paying for.

I cannot believe this is a free museum! I've never experienced a museum so thorough and full of information and cool and fascinating things to look at. It feels like multiple museums in one. Give yourself several hours to get the full experience!

hi ! Thank you for the question. Yes it is air conditioned but probably not under 78 There is no cafe.
