The concept was great. Instruction was non-existant for beginners. Traning in the store was: "make sure you can read the paddle in the water and remember to pull" that was about it. Another couple and us were directed to the dock unsupervised where the crew...More

If you choose to book this kayak tour you will mostly be by yourself. We were handed our paddles and pointed to the path to walk down towards the water. The "guide" told us she would catch up with us. We were very clear that...More

We booked a urban kayak tour as a way to see the city and get some exercise. Had a fantastic time! Dan our guide was hilarious, knowledgeable, and flexible with our small group. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Austin

Nice way to end a day on the water paddling for a couple hours total and getting guided with all sorts of bat lore and urban myths. We had a small group of 8 which was very manageable size. Get single kayaks, much more fun...More

We had a fun time on the bat tour. Dan was our guide and was very upbeat and knowledgeable about fun facts of bats and Austin. We only saw a few bats (thanks to Dan) but the kayak tour was just right. Thanks
