This is a very nice planetarium. Parking can be difficult if you go when school is in session. The shows are typically very good. I have seen a couple that I really didn't care for, such as Pink Floyd. It is also an inexpensive and fun group activity.

A good friend of mine and an outstanding amateur astronomer (my mentor!) and I decided to go over to the planetarium. The show was great -- a good reminder that working with the public to excite them about astronomy requires not only being knowledgeable as a scientist, but being a gifted speaker. We had a lot of fun and if... More

They have a recorded program that is shown an overhead screen. I actually enjoyed the discussioon before the program began more than the program itself. The host/MC showed a replica of the night-sky in North Texas, duscussing the stars and planets that we see and where they are located. Compared to other planateriums, the seats don't recline as much so... More

If you ever visit this museum and miss the planetarium, then you've skipped the best part. They used to have midnight Laser Light shows here. Really miss those, but I had the opportunity to take my son to one in the last year they had them. Still, the other programs are wonderful as well.

I went with a few friends to watch a "Pink Floyd" lazer light show. Oh my goodness, we had so much fun watching it and the presenter was fun and friendly both before and after the show.

Cheap, great graphics, good shows! Staff is all very nice! Especially nice since we can't see all the stars anymore.

Bring your kids here. get a schedule when they are open as the schedule fluctuates. This place should be on your must do list when in Arlington. Inexpensive, great planetarium, and family fun!

Took my daughter here. She loved it. At the end our announcer showed us more stars. It was amazing for my little girl. Definitely going back.

We went here to see a movie, which seemed like a good idea as it was inexpensive and would have a big expansive screen since it was a planetarium. Well, it really wasn't that good a place to see a movie. The projection was weak and the actual screen size was not as good as what you would see in... More

Very boring narrative by a college student. The visual part us the only good thing here. Don't waste your time or money here.
