Came to Arlington for the Sept 3rd USC at Alabama game. I was going to take my son to this water park the Friday before the game. Blue Cypress Hotel was nice enough to drive us over. When we got there, we discovered the water park was closed, on a Friday on a labor weekend. The hotel (about 2 miles... More

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Arlington (SFHH). To cap off our summer vacation, we thought we'd cool off at SFHH. To our surprise, the one golden season pass ticket I bought for over $115 in April for Six Flags Fiesta Texas (SFFT) did not include any of the SFHH water parks. This was terrible and we had to purchase a... More

We come to Hurricane Harbor each year for the past 5 years, Our Group of 12 age ranged from 10 and up. The park is nice and clean, the rides are safe, and there is a nice selections of rides and attractions. Food is a little pricey but good never the less. In short everyone in our group had a... Go on a weekday, it is not as busy. Kids had a great time. Park was relatively clean. Food and drinks are a little pricey, but that is the case everywhere. They do offer little glasses of ice water for free which was really nice in the heat.

My family of 5 went to HH yesterday for the first time. I wan't sure what to expect because the reviews were mixed, but we had purchased a Six Flags Season Pass and wanted to make sure we went to HH once before the season ended. We went on the last Friday before many schools in Texas started and the... More

We drove 6 hours one-way strictly to take our kids to Hurricane Harbor! It was the only thing on our agenda for our last, quick family vacation of the Summer! We left our house about 12:30pm on Tuesday, drove 6 hours to Arlington, checked into our hotel, ate dinner at an awesome Cajun food restaurant (Razzoo's), headed back to the... More

I was at Hurricane Harbor yesterday. The park closed 10 minutes after we arrived. No refund for $20 parking or $16 locker or two tickets. Spent 2 hours on the road to get there and went on one ride. Was also told that they closed because they have a "policy" that they close if attendance is low. This is crazy--... More
