I specifically booked the tour to based on field availability. I got there and was told that there was no field access that day due to a concert. I didn't even bother. If this information was made available when I bought the ticket I never would have purchased. There were several other dates that stated the field was not available, but not the date I chose. Very disappointed.

We are from out of town and it was the first time to this venue.
Came into town to see the Garth Concert so hoped we made all the right choices to get there.
We opted not to drive ourselves since the parking was $50.
So we took a shuttle from a local eatery and that worked out well.
A walk over to the stadium but the line was not bad to get in as they had all the entrances open and the staff was visible to answer questions and direct us.
Once inside, it was so nice and cool temp after being in the TX heat.
Immediately upon entering their are drink vendors and food places galore.
Knowing the pricing would be more than outside of this type venue I was surprised that some were not worse pricing.
We immediately bought waters, which were $6 for a bottle.
Then we got popcorn and a soda and found they don't sell anything without it coming in a souvenir type container. Obviously to charge more and take something home:)
The small bucket of popcorn was $12.50 and had the Cowboys logo on it.
The soda was $9 and came in a sturdy cup and was a good serving. The cup had photos of Cowboy players.
We checked the small frozen alcohol drinks but decided we didn't want to spend $20 on one.
The beer and other alcohol was priced depending on what you got. I believe they started at $8 - $10 or so.
This venue is very large and where we entered we had to walk halfway around to our section of seats. We had tickets in Section 240, Row 6, Seat 3, 4, and 5. These were not bad at all and I think would be fine for a football game.
I like that they do not have vendors hawking food and drink. Instead, if you don't want to go back up the stairs and stand in line, you can download the app and scan the QR code and pay all at once and it will be delivered to you. We didn't use it but someone behind us did and it was a good idea.
The place was super clean, including the restrooms.
Again, there was staff visible and easily accessible to direct and answer questions.
The temperature in the stadium was just right.
Leaving took a bit longer and was more crowded than arriving BUT it flowed well and policemen were helping with traffic to cross and get to the shuttle pickup points.
As with any big event venue, the earlier you arrive the less traffic.
An ENJOYABLE evening!!!

HORRIBLE for Concerts on the upper deck. WORST ACOUSTICS ever!

We went to Garth Brooks concert last night and we’re in the upper deck 437. Would think they have a huge jumbo torn they would have it on. NO jumbo torn, only smaller screens showing on the decks below and one at an angle. Sound echos so couldn’t understand what Garth was saying and the songs were echoed as well due to the poor acoustics at that level.

Sold out at this stadium also includes 3 levels of standing room only and the entire football field, except the stage. Due to this many people, took an additional 1.5 hours to get to our $50 paid parking at the stadium, after our 1,5 hour drive to get to 3 miles of the stadium. I will never go to a concert here again.

We stopped in for a tour of Jerry's World. Let me start by saying that we are NOT Cowboy fans. But I will say, the tour was WELL worth it and we really enjoyed out tour guide. It's a full 90 minutes and it included the cheerleader and player locker rooms, as well as time on the playing surface. It would recommend a tour to ANY football fan.

Did the tour about 10 years ago, but needed to kill some time before a Rangers game and decided to do it again. Boy was I disappointed. The first time included a stop at Jerry's personal suit, some Mrs Jones' art and a walk through the club the players enter the field at, but none of that this time around. Most of that time had been replaced by pointing out photos on the wall and explaining the history of the moment. Like I don't know about the Hail Mary catch and Final 4 history.

I highly recommend doing a tour here. The price is very reasonable for the VIP guided tour. Our tour guide Phil was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that the group had. There is plenty to see on the tour and you will want to have your cameras ready. If you are lucky you can go in the locker rooms and on to the field. There is also the pro shop where you can purchase cowboys merch to take home. A tour is definitely worth it, and make sure to reserve in plenty of time and also get there in time as well.

Being a HUGE cowboy fan and being able to visit the stadium while I was in Texas was and absolute thrill. It was so historical, yet so inviting, but so surreal. I can't wait to get there for a game.

I was very easy to get in and out. we saw Kenny Chesney and we're VIP with our own box. Amazing staff and perfect atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and be able to stay a little longer! We truly loved the fact that the stadium was clean and not over packed! we can't wait for the Cowboys to play next!!!
