I was looking forward to this escape room but unfortunately I was not able to participate in the experience. I was told to be there by 11:45 AM friend and I arrived at 11:35AM. I called and was told they were running a little late but were 5 minutes away. The game host (who was very apologetic) arrived almost 50 minutes later. By this time we were frustrated and ready to go so we decided that we would leave because we were already on a time limit. The game host said they would refund me due to the fact this wasn’t my error. Anyhow I received a email for a credit of $20 when I paid $60 for the tickets. I replied to the email saying that it was unfair that I was receiving this credit and I paid way more. I was not told that I could reschedule or anything. I have yet to hear back. Smh I hate when people get over on people like.

We have apologized for our host being late, although not as much the 50 minutes estimated, and we gave an Additional $20 dollars credit on top of the $60 dollars paid credited back. We did the Wong's room, and it was FANTASTIC! We had Tori as our guide and she was AWESOME! Her hints were great, not too much, not too little, and it was obvious she was paying attention at all times, because we never had to wait for a clue/hint. The second we asked for one, she was typing it out! Her post game talk was great as well, she let us know about the other rooms and how great they were also, answered our questions and thanked us for coming. The room was great, SO many puzzles lol, just kept going and going lol. It was great, and Tori was even greater! Thanks!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a last minute fun date and came across The Perfect Escape. We actually were referred by another escape room company. We went and enjoyed every bit of it. All of the clues and rooms have enormous attention to detail and give an amazing sense of reality to it. The room didn’t feel “campy” and the experience was amazing. I would 100% say that this is the escape room to go to in the DFW area. I don’t usually do reviews but this experience was great enough that I felt that I needed to.

My family has done escape rooms around the world and the theming and experience of Mr. Wong's is one of the best we have seen! The puzzles are multi-linear, so there was always something for everyone to work on. My favorite park about this was the authenticity of the room and the variety of puzzles. Bring your A game to this room!

Yay! We're a big fan of puzzles with separate chains to reach the end, it gives us the chance to give it some variety and involve everyone. Thank you for giving us a shot!

I've been to a couple of Escape Rooms previously but this one absolutely blew me out of the water. I just want to start off also but saying I'm grateful for Anna making our experience private. I agree that more people is always cool but when it's just your own private party it makes it THAT much more fun since you're more comfortable. We did one of the harder rooms, The Pharaoh's Tomb and it was honestly amazing. There were so many moments where our jaws dropped when we figured something whether we were helped or not. The GM was super kind, helpful, and guided us whenever we really needed it without giving up the answer completely. The room itself was very immersive and if you like looking at the bigger picture in terms of problem solving then this is the one for you. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some wholesome fun and I will be back with others to try the other rooms for sure.

We did Mr. Wong's Restaurant. It was quite challenging. Joey was our host, and he was good at giving clues except most of the clues we had already worked out before they were given to us. There is a limit of 3 clues which is a bit strict and also a ridiculous rule anyway. (Maybe a limit for the leaderboard which was never our goal.) The room was well set up, the variety of puzzles was good. As Joey said, this is a mom-pop escape room so the rooms don't change. There was a bit of a dated element to the room. Also, I will say that finding the location is tricky. There is no signage on the outside of the building. You must go into a random, non-discript building and find your way to the correct suite. Consider that your first puzzle....

Hello! Most groups will use more than 3 clues, it's for the hard-core enthusiasts who like to stick with the limit. The experience was based off of our childhood in the 90s growing up in our family's chinese restaurant. We aimed to capture that vintage mom pop place. Unfortunately, the building owner won't allow us to put up many signs, however we're only a phone call away! We apologize it's an plain office building.

My husband & I did Pharroh's Tomb with a friend. WOW- so much fun, but it was REALLY tough. We didn't escape and up until this room we've done 8 others and we've always escaped, usually with plenty of time to spare. Our recommendation would be to do it with at least 5 people, there was too much to do with just the 3 of us. Good luck- you'll love it.

We designed the room for 9-10 players, with 3 it does take quite a bit of hustling to complete. Super happy ya'll had a great time. Thank you!

Taz was our game leader and gave us a great overview to get us started. It was our team's first escape room experience, but we had fairly good success (even though we didn't fully solve the problems to escape). Very well-done!

This was a lot of fun. It was some of our first times doing an escape room and the staff give us the opportunity to change as we had selected the pharaohs tomb which is the most difficult room. We decided to proceed forward and Lucas was stellar in helping us out when we were getting stuck. Though we didn’t finish, but we still enjoyed it a lot.

We visited Perfect Escapes and were extremely impressed and had a great time! This was our very first time for any of our group to experience an escape room so we weren’t sure what to expect but we had a great time. We weren’t able to escape within the hour but we had no idea what to expect going in so it took us a little bit to get the hang of things. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we’ll definitely be back!!

How much does it cost? I’m trying to plan a trip for eight people, and think that this would be a great team building exercise.

Typically it is about $30 per person. But I think they have different prices for groups that big. I bet if you call them and tell them it's a team building exercise, they would be able to give you a better idea (maybe even a good deal!), but the website for a private booking says that its about $239.
