I took my 16 year old daughter and her friend. The 3 of us had a blast. The course is challenging but fun. Upper body strength is your friend. Our instructor Eric was helpful throughout the course. Two people needed his assistance during the course and he was readily available. I would recommend wearing full finger gloves to prevent rope burns in case you bounce away from a landing and need to pull yourself in. I would have given 5 stars but noticed that when one of our group got sick, there was no way for her to get down without finishing that section of the course first. Eric was with her for safety the whole time, but she had to finish that section.

Loved the ziplines. Great course, courteous staff. Booked this adventure to share with my grandson turning 13! Well explained, helpful staff along the way, people cheering each other on - even did all extreme options! I was nervous beforehand but it helped me conquer fears and challenge myself. A bit pricey but I’d definitely go again.

Our group ranged from 11 to 71 yrs of age. We all had fun doing the ziplines and challanges. Not everyone completed the course but they all had a blast. Tips for others...bring someone to walk along to just take pics. Its a bit hard to capture things on camera as you do it. Remember you never know what you can or can't do till you try

My son, Santino we’re looking forward all year to returning to goape. We have done this zip line course at least 12 times. We come at least twice a year and recruit family members and friends to join. Unfortunately our experience on Saturday was atrocious. We had no knowledge that our favorite Tarzan swing and the entire station was closed for renovations. We were not informed of this until we were checking in. Our young instructor did not make the other patrons in our instructional group keep their masks on. (After we purchased 2 goape masks) It made my son and I extremely uncomfortable. The man and woman kept their face masks hung around their necks the entire introductory session. After this, we started our day, only continuously having to wait behind groups in front of us. (On the ground, on the platforms and even in the middle of stations). The entire day was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The reason you book a certain time is so that the groups are spaced out allotting groups to move at a comfortable pace. It was 92 degrees and we were in the sun much longer than anticipated with the only relief being warm water jugs 1/4 of the way full. This experience makes me never want to come back and not recommend this course to anyone.

Great location! This is a great beginner's course for Ziplining. Make sure you leave anything lose in your car. There are no lockers available. As for clothing, dress appropraite to the weather. Make sure you do have a change of clothes; you do get somewhat dirty. Patrons first start out with learning the basics from the instructors. They show the importance of safety and what not to do. Once you went through "Basic Training", you were let off to do the course on your own. The instructors can be found throughout the course so don't be alarmed. They stay hidden sometimes. They are available if you need them or have questions.

There were only 5 Ziplines total. Not sure on how many obstacles. The course gets harder as you go though it. Best obstacle, in my opinion, was the one that involed trying to get across by using "Rings". Who ever designed the course made you think about how you were going to get across to the next platform. Beware though, this adventure took place in PINE trees. Yes, there was sap everywhere. I even got it in my hair and on my clothing.

It was I believe around $55.00 to do this course. It took my group of 5 about 3 hours to get through the course. Everyone in the group had a blast! I am so ready for my next adventure which will be down in Hocking Hills in Athens, Ohio. I'm going next month (it's a step up from this).

The course was well put together, challenging but doable and mostly a lot of fun. Go during dry day to limit potential of slipping. It has ladders, swings and tight ropes with moderate and more challenging options throughout. A great family outing or work bonding day.

So today I took my soon to be 50 year old sister and 73 year old father to Go Ape. My father wanted to try zip lining and this place had great reviews. Now i’m A bigger girl so when I started looking at the requirements I was a little worried I would not fit the harness. Great news, while I was at the top end of their measurements there was plenty of room, so big girls can do this too! My father was only able to complete the first course but they were all understanding and gladly refunded his payment. We will return again and highly recommend this to everyone.

My husband and I visited Go Ape! today (July 12, 2013) and we both really enjoyed it. We originally scheduled it so that I could try zip lining, I didn't know much about the other obstacles on the course or what to expect. When we arrived and filled out some quick paperwork, we were then escorted (with a group) to a training area where we learned out to safely navigate the course. It was a very thorough safety briefing and I felt confident that I knew what I was doing by the time we were done. During the briefing, we had to try out a rope crossing about 5 ft high and also a low zip line. Just one note, that this training course is considered to be obstacle 1, so there are only 4 "real" obstacles on the course. After the training, you are on your own through the course. Each set of obstacles includes various rope crossings and ends with a zip line. There are also two tarzan swings, which I was surprised to find were more intimidating than the zip lines, and others seemed to agree. The pace you get through the course depends not only on your speed, but the speed of those in front of you. My husband and I were the first in our group to start the course, and we breezed through until we got to one of the obstacles and the last people from the previous course were still on that obstacle. We waited for them and then followed after them for the rest of the course. It took us around 2 hours to finish the course. It could take significantly longer depending on who is in front of you. This course is fun for both adults and older kids (there were several 10-18) as long as they aren't afraid of heights.

Overall, we really enjoyed it and plan to go back. We had not visited North Park before and it was very pretty.

This just recently opened, and we were fortunate that it was not too crowded on a warm Sunday afternoon. At first, I thought the price was kind of steep, but after completing the course, it is worth it.

This is a great family activity or for a group. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and they were around if someone needed help.

After a through training, you are off on your own to move through the course of zip lines and other treetop obstacle.

Stellar.

My nephew and I decided to check out this brand new attraction on a rainy, cool, Sunday afternoon. The staff was fun, friendly and knowledgable, the equipment was high sturdy and new, and the entire experience was quite excellent. Not for the faint of heart, but if you have little to no fear of heights, it is a really good time. There was a whole group of high school kids on the course and they were having a great time as well, and they talked their more leery friends through each part. I really like that you get to self pace and clip yourself in to each section. They have every part of the course adjusted perfectly and the zip line landings were soft. I will be back with more folks!
