A group of 11 of us went to visit ranging from 9mo to 35yrs. All the kids and adults alike enjoyed the visit. It was nice to be able to order tickets online which made going in quick and staff was friendly. Kids all loved being able to see the animals and hear about them with the meet/greets. The areas were small for the larger groups pouring into the buildings during meet/greets. Both guests and staff were all friendly and made room for everyone to fit and see. Unfortunately the area isn't stroller friendly in and out of buildings so we lifted over steps and so forth. We wish we would have been told about feeding the ostriches so we could bring extra quarters for the kids. Over all we spent about 2hrs visiting and the kids are already wanting to come back this summer during wkends to see the alligators get fed.

Brought my grandchildren, ages 5,6 and 13, 2 of my daughters and my son-in-law and everyone had a really good time. My oldest granddaughter was here once before and loved it then (but we forgot to leave a review!). The little ones really enjoyed the live show and my grandson even raised his hand to ask a question. I think the favorite experience was the dino dig! We will definitely be back.

Was visiting with my son and we drove over to Reptiland for something to do. We were both pleasantly surprised. It was a great little park! We walked around one of the buildings to go see the tortoises and walked right into a herd of dinosaurs. Even though I'm 50 years old, I thought this was awesome. The dinosaurs were very lifelike and some of them moved. Nice gift shop and a larger cafe. Thank you for a lovely visit!

We got an email sharing this place as a "roadside attraction". I thought it looked interesting so we drove about 2 hours on a rainy day to visit. We were NOT disappointed! I, as an adult, felt like a kid looking at everything. You can attend a show of sorts where a ranger is handling reptiles and giving info regarding the species. It's meant more for kids but still informative. And you can touch them if you choose. The vast variety of reptiles and the information given on all aspects of the species including habitat conservation was very interesting. They have an outdoor animatronic dinosaur walk that anyone would find amazing as I did-even in the rain. The best part? A room FULL of parakeets that you can feed! Awesome place that definately deserves a visit!

I took my almost 13 year old granddaughter with me- it was the first visit for both of us. We were happy to see facemasks and social distancing was actively being used. Most of the other families/visitors were mindful of their young children and reminded them to watch how close they got to other people. Only one family pulled down their masks but did pull them back into position when they saw staff nearby. The park was clean and well manicured. There was active remodeling being done but the construction noise was fairly well contained. We were able to see 2 demonstrations and found the staff members well informed and presented the information in a way that was interesting and educating. We are looking forward to going back some day.

The special event DinoDays was well worth the cost. Learned so much about the new research regarding dinosaurs. My grandson (age 6) really enjoyed the dinosaurs and the guided tour. He also loved the Reptile Center. He even wanted to go in twice. I would highly recommend this place for an intimate experience of all things reptile.

What a fun two hours on a Friday afternoon! The reptiles were all inside because of the colder weather, but it was easier to see them. The educational shows were informative and we were able to pet the geckos, alligator, and snake. The Komodo dragons were worth seeing again. Our favorite part was the enclosed parakeet "budgie" building. There were at least one hundred brightly colored birds, who would perch on your shoulder, arm, and even your head! Such an overall fun experience for all ages!

We have visited Clyde Peelings ten times an it never gets old. An amazing zoo filled with amazing reptiles. Our favorite is doing the meet with Al and Henry the Aldabra Tortoises. They are simply amazing and while you might think $30 is a lot to do so...afterwards you will thank yourself for the opportunity to meet them and their gentle loving nature up close and personal! Go here!!

Love a zoo that specializes in reptiles! So many interesting snakes, lizards, and turtles/tortoises to see. The dinosaur path was incredibly cute and interactive. It was myself and my boyfriend (no children) and it was plenty of fun for both of us to see and examine different reptiles. The venom show was the only one we caught, but I loved Mister's big personality on stage.

Highly recommend you stop in to Reptiland! My children and I were on a long drive back home and I decided to check it out after seeing a sign for it near the highway. Very glad we did! We loved the bird house. What a neat experience. We were able to ask the worker questions at the alligator house ( my girls asked SO many and she was so kind and patient with them) and at the program center we were able to touch a few animals and a huge python! The gentlemen giving the presentation was very knowledgeable. My youngest ( aged 2) really liked the reptile house where they have all kinds of snakes and things. She ran all over so excited! They all were fascinated with the owls dinner ( a dead rat) lol they wanted to get a picture in front of it of all things! The dinosaurs were such a surprise treat and really awesome! Had we not been on our way home I would have stayed longer. I would absolutely go again when we are in the area! I have three kids six snd under. We have a great time!! Also decent prices for admission and they have a gift shop which we got some nice take some souvenirs :)

Thanks for your inquiry! The zoo is actually a mix of indoor and outdoor exhibits this time of year. We have a few animal enclosures as well as an animatronic dinosaur exhibit that are outdoors. You would also be outside when walking from building to building, but the majority of our animals are located indoors. For more information, we encourage you to visit our website (particularly the Exhibits section).
