Dorney a lot of fun

We were here on 7/22/16. The good: Buy the daily meal plan, it is well worth it, prices of food in park are high like any park. For just over $30.00 you can go to most any... read more

We went to the park on a very hot day, so that does play a lot into my review. The positives: A very good variety of rides for people of all ages. The coasters are all very fun and there is a good mix of flat rides. The water park is very well laid out and has a good mix... More

We attempted to go but we waited in line for way too long and did not move at all. We decided to visit another amusement park

This is probably the hottest day of the year. Bad idea to think I could have a fun time with 3 kids. Lines are so long, crowd is huge. I will have spent over $300 for the 4 of us for tix and lunch. Think before you let your kids talk you into this!

We were here on 7/22/16. The good: Buy the daily meal plan, it is well worth it, prices of food in park are high like any park. For just over $30.00 you can go to most any stand and get a meal ever 90 minutes, we took full advantage of that, food is not bad for a park Buy the... More

I have been visiting Dorney Park annually since I was a teenager. This was the first year that I was disappointed. Since it was a hot July day we decided to purchase a Souvenir bottle which would provide us with free drink refills for the entire day. Unfortunately the lines to get drink and food were longer than many of... More

We visited Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom as a family trip while on vacation in New York. From Staten Island where we were staying, the park is less than 2 hours away. We went on a Wednesday, July 20. I don't know if there is any particular reason for it, but on our particular day the park was not very... More

5 minute lines and great roller coasters like Steel Of Force. We had a great time there and my kids had so much fun everytime we have gone there. They some of the best roller coasters I have ever been on and my kids too.

Dorney Park is a family favorite. We prefer it over Hershey Park for many reasons. It's clean overall (bathrooms could be better but that's hard to keep up with). There is truly something for everyone. If you only like coasters that don't go upside down, there's Steel Force and Thunderhawk. If you prefer the kind that does twist and turn... More

We bought the tickets for after 4:30pm and it worked out great for us. We walked from the Holiday Inn Express across the way and avoided the parking fees (we were staying there). The late afternoon ticket deal was great. I think many people were eating dinner or had already left for the day because of the heat, so we... More
