We lucked out with great weather. The building has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor has patio tables with umbrellas to keep you in the shade. There is also a fire pit to sit by as well. The wine was good- I had the mixed flight and then a glass afterwards. The pours are generous including tasting samples.

We visited this winery on our first day in Oregon. While we saw other wineries in the area, we kept finding that we compared them all to this one. The atmosphere was relaxing. The wine & food was tasty. And, the views were fantastic. The staff was also very friendly.

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to try the wine. It is a $10 flight for five small glasses and you can get all white, all red or a mixture. I opted for the mixture. The grapes are estate grown and wine is produced off site by a central processor and returned to the tasting room for tasting and selling. I only know this because I asked. The workers were nice enough but really did not discuss any of the wines. It is Unlike tasting rooms in California where they spew knowledge of each grape and the vintage. I preferred to be entertained and discuss the varietals and the year of production. All in all very pleasant experience , however and I did come away with a bottle that was good enough to spend the $30 on. They credited my $10 tasting fee towards the purchase of the wine. There is food available but I didn’t order any although it smelled delicious.

Overlooking Ashland, vineyards and mountains, this winery could not be situated in a more beautiful location. Whiling away a summer afternoon on the patio with a great glass of wine is a great activity and Dana Campbell winery is the perfect spot. Interesting wines, variety and friendly staff make it the place to go!

This is a local gem and a favorite winery of ours. They have such friendly and knowledgeable staff, great wines and a gorgeous view! Many options for seating inside and out plus a regulation Bocce court to enjoy!
