The facials are wonderful. What I really like was excellent advice was given about my skin care - but they did not push salon products. I told them I was on a low budget and they suggested products accordingly. I have been using these reasonable products for a month and have seen improvement.

This is hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. Enjoyed an insanely relaxing couples massage with a massage therapist who was tiny but mighty and able to hit my pressure points perfectly. A couples bath soak was so soothing and then was able to enjoy a very relaxing and rejuvenating facial. Beautiful facility with extremely friendly staff!... More

I went to the Blue Giraffe Spa to prepare for a long airline flight -- the massage was excellent, atmosphere warm and cozy, good vibes.

I got the Lavender Experience and it was aaaah-mazing. I was in the spa for over 3 hours. It started with a soak in a huge jacuzzi filled with lavender scented water. From there I was taken upstairs to a treatment room where I got a deep tissue massage (Mariela was the best!), a scalp massage, foot reflexology and a... More

What can I say! I booked in for a cranio sacral treatment and steam room session after being dissuaded by the dodgy reviews of the Jackson hot springs nearby. Having spoken to the locals the water is only cleaned once a week and after 6pm group orgies are in full flow - not my style at all. So I found... More

This was my first visit to The Blue Giraffe Spa. I had an 85 min massage and used the steam shower. My masseuse was AWESOME! I had been having severe lower back and hip pain for over a month. Many massage therapists won't 'go there' and do glut work but she went for it and did a great job. About... More

I've been here several times, for massages and facials. Each time I have also included a bath. They are incredible! They let you go in a huge hot tub with jets (inside a beautiful room), with candle light, nice music playing. The tub can easily accommodate 2 people, though I've always gone by myself. The facials are alright. Not the... More

I am a local here in Ashland, and I have searched high and low for a good pedi in this town, and I finally found one at The Blue Giraffe! Morgan is my favorite technician. I am always relaxed (complimentary wine + foot massage), and feeling great with lovely toes when I leave.

On the spur of the moment, a friend and I decided we deserved a day at the spa. I had never been to Blue Giraffe before but had heard very good things. I have a lot of experience at spas, having a massage once a week and having full spa days at least once or twice a year. Its nice... More

MY husband and I come here once a year , (5 hours from our home). This is an annual event for us - come to Ashland, see plays, get massage and eat at wonderful restaurants. The décor in the waiting room is burnt orange with a mural of trees and tall grass with a giraffe, and there is water and... More
