Don't expect a refund for a smokey day. A fire started the day prior to our trip. The rest of my group (who were on their way up from CA) turned around and left due to poor air quality. The air quality on the day was 122 (unhealthy for sensitive groups) - not pleasant. While trying to cancel the day prior, they tried to feed me a line of crap about the river being in a canyon and canyons somehow magically filtering out smoke. They did end up providing a gift card for the amount paid, less a significant amount of third-party fees that they claimed to have no control over. After realizing that there will be no further opportunities to raft this year, I reached out and requested a real refund, and was informed that they ran the river regardless of the poor air quality on that day (yuck) and that they thought a gift card was reasonable. The sad part is, if they had just made this easy, I'd be all for using them next time. Now there's not a chance in hell.

We booked an outing with Noah’s to introduce our youngest son to rafting. We were sold on the fact that we could kayak alongside the raft. While one or two of us stayed in the raft, the others worked their own kayaks with some guidance from Ryan. It was a great blend of relaxation and adventure. We will be back for the bigger rapids next time.

Excellent trip for our 30 year wedding anniversary with our 4 kids in their 20's and our 2 new daughter-in-laws. First of all the communication and all my questions I had before the trip where quickly answered every time in detail by Hugh. We were the first trip out for the season in June and during all the Covid-19 restrictions. Being out doors, in the beauty that God created, away from crowds, away from technology was just what we needed. We were able to enjoy our family, laugh, eat, raft, kayak, hike, rest, and watch the stars at night. Our crew- you could tell they all love their jobs. They have their system down, cooked delicious meals, set up and broke down camp daily, and truly were there to make sure everything was perfect and memorable for us. One of my favorite things was going on the single kayaks. They gave us instructions ahead of time on each rapid, what lane to be in and also had one of the big rafts down river making us all feel very safe and ready for the challenge ahead. We recommend Noah's River Adventures and I would go again this same summer if I got the chance to.

This was an over-the-top choice for a family trip. We were on the 4-day "glamping" trip. We were a group of 30 and 60-something family looking for quality time together, in the outdoors, having fun, where we weren't in charge of planning our days, and we could all do something we'd never done. None of us will forget it as a fantastic way to vacation together. I shopped rafting companies and would choose Noah's again in a moment. Rapids were exciting enough for the excitement junkies in our group and not too exciting for the timid first-timers. The option to get in an inflatable kayak and shoot the rapids yourself was a great option for a more active experience, that was a big bonus, but safe with tips from skilled guides. Everyone loved having a new experience together. Meals, organization, camping comfort, guide knowledge and attitude all top flight. We'll be back! What a totally memorable way to be together, lots of laughing and good times, during COVID no less? Thank you, Noah's! Kathy
