I don't even know where to begin. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary trip guaranteed to give you memories to last a lifetime, look no further.
We did the 4 day rafting trip and it was worth every single penny! We had James, Dustin, and Austin as our guides, and Tillman as our luggage guide/ lunch chef.
Each guide was unbelievably nice, and skilled, and gave us laughs, history, and fishing skills the entire way.
I can't wait until our kids are old enough to do this trip!

We had a brilliant day on the river! Brandon and Danny were awesome guides, very knowledgeable about the local area and history. From pick up to drop off they made the day really good fun! It was our two boys (7 & 9yrs old) first experience of whitewater rafting and Brandon (our guide) was brilliant with the boys explaining everything and putting them at ease. We swam, we surfed the waves and the rapids were a great introduction to the whitewater rafting experience! The kids can't wait to go again!

My teenage son, some local friends and I just spent two day trips with Noah's.
Both trips were handled professionally front to back - which isn't easy during covid!
Thank you to our guides - Danny on the half day trip, Steve on the full day Klamath.
It was an amazing getaway and so much fun! My son is HOOKED

Our driver rolled the bus down off the the hill not paying attention. The condition of the bus was terrible and neglected. Three of our group was airlifted in critical condition and 7 hospitalized. Completely careless go with another outfitter who takes better cater of the vehicles and equipment for the long drive beware.

This was a great experience for me and my teenage son, my first and his second time on the river. We did the full day ride on Rogue River. Beautiful scenery, nice workout - we were in a kayak for the first part. Lunch was great - sandwiches and home-made salads, hummus and salsa. For the second part we were in the raft, going down the class II, III, and IV rapids. So much fun, definitely will do it again. Next time - the Upper Klamath!

My family of four and I had a wonderful full day trip down the Klammath river; in total we it was a 14 mile trip down the river prefaced by a bus ride of a little over an hour from downtown Ashland to a landing to get on the river. At the river landing there was a tasty contenintal breakfast available while the guides and drivers unloaded the rafts onto the water. Throughout our journey down the river we expierenced an abundance of class 3 rapids and during the ladder portion of the journey a fair amount of class 4+ rapids. Our guide was a very great person to be around and was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in navigating the river and telling us about the surrounding area whilst engaging all 6 of the people on our boat. After we were about 7 miles down the river we stopped to take a break and had an hour long and absolutely delicious lunch, which consisted of a make your own sandwich table with an apluthra of options, for us avaliable at no additional cost. Throughout our journey there was never a dull moment, even on the stretches of calm water our guide told us engaging stories and we were permitted to jump in the water and play games that usually ended up with someone falling in the water. Once it was over we were given time to change into warm clothes and were also given an opportunity to purchase pictures of our boat coming down one of the class 4+ rapids (provided by another company.) I would definitely recommend Noah's River Adventures to anyone from a newcomer to a veteran at river rafting, it was truly a memorable experience 10/10 would raft again!

I was in Ashland, Oregon with a day to kill, and someone told me to try river rafting. I called Noah's River Adventures, and they had a spot for me the next day. It was to be an all-day trip down the north KIamath River. I was told to arrive at 7:55am and the trip would leave at 8. I arrived 15 minutes early to be on the safe side, and the guides were there to have us sign the waivers. I was impressed with the friendly, timely and efficient manner that we were afforded.

We boarded the bus promptly at 8am to make the 80 minute drive to the put in. They made a brief stop at a roadside rest halfway there which had a spring-fed faucet and a restroom. Arriving at the put in, we were clearly warned to be careful of slippery rocks while they rigged the boats, 14 foot inflatables. There were restrooms, and we were treated to a continental breakfast of bagels, cream cheese, jam, peanut butter and muffins along with water and juice. Be forewarned - I was told there would be coffee, but alas there was not. So if you need your morning coffee fix like me, get a cup at the shop next to the cubby hole office front in Ashland; I did and was glad of it.

We were fitted with good life vests that the guides adjusted to each person. This, along with the excellent briefing that followed, instilled a sense of confidence in the guides that would take us down 14 miles of river, more than half of which would be white water of class 2 to 4 rapids. Believe me, the white water did not disappoint. The boats held 4 to 6 guests with a guide in the back. We were each given paddles, and the guides were seated in rowing platforms with oars to control the boats. Upon entering the water, we were given a chance to test our skills before heading down the river. Again, an excellent confidence booster.

You'll get plenty wet, so plan accordingly. The water was not cold, but you will be drenched much of the way. They provided spray and fleece jackets for those that wanted them, and there were dry bags to put your stuff in that you wanted to keep dry. I had on only a light short-sleeved shirt and shorts and was fine. You need to wear well fitting footwear, either strapped sandals or water shoes. Flip flops and bare feet are not allowed.

Half way down, we stopped for a fine lunch: chips, pico de gallo and hummus were the appetizers; a full spread of sandwich makings composed the main meal. Drinks of tea, lemon juice and water were available. All-in-all, it was a very fine lunch.

We re-boarded the boats to complete the journey in exciting fashion. The white water kept coming until the very end. The takeout was easy, quick and efficient. ADVICE - bring a set of dry cloths and a towel to dry off before boarding the bus for the hour-plus ride back to Ashland. You will not want to sit in wet cloths on that ride.

Our guides - Matt, Steve and Nick - were great. They were very experienced and friendly. The conversations in our boat did not stop the entire trip. And our bus driver, Brian, was great. On the way back we went through a very hard rainstorm on I-5. Brian negotiated it safely with the wind blowing hard and the rain falling so hard at times that it was difficult to see the road.

I would highly recommend this company and a raft trip down the upper Klamath River. It is worth the cost.

This was a highlight of a 3 week vacation in the northwest. We paddled and played on the Snake and the Payette rivers as well. We geared out vacation on mountains and rivers, small town eatery's and brew pubs. We had a blast on this solid class 3/4 whitewater trip. I was apprehensive about the pickup and drop off, as you had no outfitters headquarters to gear up or change after. However the set up was really very accommodating. And, the great little town of Ashland, where you meet your shuttle bus is very hip and inviting. Great place to grab a bite and a beer after the trip. Yes, food is a big priority! Now that being said Noah's hospitality is exceptional, from the intro information from Andrew on the shuttle, the breakfast treats before the trip and an amazing well orchestrated catered lunch. One table to start us off with appetizers and another with full lunch spread. Excellent local breads and salads and the guides all worked together. I felt very catered to. Our guide Larry was informative, fun and professional and the features on the river were continuously fast and exciting. I will recommend this trip to any river rat I meet and hope to find myself out west again to paddle this river with Noah's River Adventures again. Thanks!

Thank you Dakota, Ryan and Jenna (sorry I think I misspelling your name). We had a great time with our family on the scenic float.

Snacks were fresh and delicious.
The boat was clean (van was dirty though with leftover drinks from the group before).
Service was great.

This is one of the only companies that will allow a 3 year old and he loved it. Yes we didn’t get to do huge waves, but it was totally worth it!

I wish it was a little cheaper, but this is market rate. .:)

Thank you for your review and constructive criticism! I’ll definitely make note of the vehicle cleanliness for sure. Other than that we are happy to hear you had such a good time with Ryan and Zhenda!

Don't expect a refund for a smokey day. A fire started the day prior to our trip. The rest of my group (who were on their way up from CA) turned around and left due to poor air quality. The air quality on the day was 122 (unhealthy for sensitive groups) - not pleasant.

While trying to cancel the day prior, they tried to feed me a line of crap about the river being in a canyon and canyons somehow magically filtering out smoke. They did end up providing a gift card for the amount paid, less a significant amount of third-party fees that they claimed to have no control over.

After realizing that there will be no further opportunities to raft this year, I reached out and requested a real refund, and was informed that they ran the river regardless of the poor air quality on that day (yuck) and that they thought a gift card was reasonable.

The sad part is, if they had just made this easy, I'd be all for using them next time. Now there's not a chance in hell.
