We saw My Fair Lady and The Taming of the Shrew during a month-long road trip in September, and thought both were just fair. We see a lot of professional theatre and a lot of Shakespeare and didn't feel that OSF lived up to the superlatives we had heard. Oh well, live and learn!

We love Oregon Shakespeare festival. The quality of the Shakespeare plays is always outstanding, but the real gems are the non-Shakespeare plays and the new productions. Fabulous restaurants. Love the shopping, the eating, and the arts.

We went to the outdoor theater, It was a bit cool as the evening progressed. We were glad to have been told we could bring blankets. Nice play, as expected.

We just returned from a few days in Ashland to see Cymbaline and Robin Hood. Both productions were excellent. We had seen other productions in mid summer which were equally excellent. We can't say enough about the quality of the acting, sets, and costuming. On Tuesday evening it was quite chilly and rainy in the Elizabethan theater but the production... More

If you're traveling to Ashland, Oregon, hopefully it's to see one of the plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (which runs year round). It's a great theater experience. We saw My Fair Lady at the indoor stage, at it was three hours of absolute fun. The actors are polished professionals, and the facilities are terrific. Our performance was on a... More

What is there not to like? If you are a fan of world class theatre, this is the place for you. I see 4-6 shows annually and keep coming back for more. I was a theatre major, but ANYONE would love it. Put it on your bucket list - don't miss it

There are three theaters with several shows running simultaneously. From a musical, to a Shakespeare play or a new, or out of the box play all the performances were outstanding, extremely professional and absolutely delightful. The quality of performers was exceedingly high! A must do is the Backstage Tour. Really should make reservations for it. You are given a tour... More
