Great city park

Great venue for summer concerts on the banks of the river. Has a walking path and a senior center connected to it.

We've (Praise In 3D) had the privilege of performing in three different concerts on the open stage at Montieth Park and we had a great time. The area is very nice with green grass and trees. The only negative was the bathrooms, they were dirty and unkept. There weren't any paper towels to dry your hands off with and the... More

This area has play area for children and quiet area for young couples to enjoy a picnic or time sitting on a blanket. The Monday and Thursday concerts in the summer offer a diverse selection of music.

My husband and I often each our lunch at this park in the summer time. It is located by the Willamette River and is very peaceful. In the summer there are concerts in the park. Lovely park. Like many places have become, you still have to keep your eyes open and use good judgment where safety is concerned, as there... More

Not a great park for special events or activities that need space. This is the park in the summer time that hosts the River rhythms. I would recommend this park is a beginning to the Riverwalk that whines down the line at River in front of and next to the park.

The park hosts great concerts in the summer, and is the gateway to the confluence of the Calapooia and the Willamette Rivers. The Dave Clark walking path along the Willamette also starts here. When the water is low you can walk down to the Willamette. The Calapooia is more interesting, but more difficult to get to.

In the summer they have a wonderful concert series. Super fun to sit and listen to whomever and let kids play or roll on grass or splash in the water. If not during concert time then I would stay away. Lots of homeless. Lots of drugs

Do movie nights in the summer. On a big inflatable screen. Fireworks on the fourth. Has a playground. By the river.
