We had an amazing time with great food and wine at this most beautiful winery. We tried several red wines that were excellent . The flatbreads were wonderful too.

Visited for 1 st time last night. Greeted by SKY who turned out to be our server for the evening. She couldn’t have been more accommodating, prompt, friendly and all around pleasant. She sure is a “keeper” for management. The food was excellent. I had the bbq pork belly flatbread. Out of this world. The building is very unique inside with a fireplace. The gardens are unmatched anywhere with plenty of tables spread. Great for any event. We moved to the area two years ago and regret not finding it sooner. Don’t miss it!!!!’

The customer relations at this venue could stand some major improvement. I had called on a Friday to inquire about their ability to handle a group of 20-25 on the following Saturday afternoon and the girl I spoke to said she would talk to her manager and call me back. Well that never happened. I called again Saturday morning to see if they could handle us and the woman I talked to this time (she sounded older) was as rude and nasty as anyone I've ever dealt with at any establishment. It was if she was reading from a script. The gist of what she said was that they were going to be very busy and could not handle my group. Fine, I get that. So I asked her nicely if what she was telling me was for none of us to come to the winery and then tried to ask if a few people could come as individuals. She answered me by saying "I have just given you the best answer to your question. Have a nice day" and HUNG UP. I don't blame this on the owner (who I would love to talk to), but this woman needs to work on her "bedside manner" or find another position away from any customer contact. She basically turned away 25 potential customers who will probably think twice before considering heading there in the future. Beware of this lady!

I have not really been into wine tasting as much as I was, but you do not have to be a wine person to enjoy a winery. Take for instance, ThornCreek. The grounds are lovely, the restaurant and dinning area are ambient and the staff are friendly. I took my special someone to brunch here on 8/19. The server, Lydian, recommended the chicken and waffles, and the flat bread of the day (steak and eggs). We had no complaints with those recommendations! Also, you cannot forget a carafe of mimosas! The OJ used tasted fresh and the sparkling wine that was used was delicious. We will certainly be back in the future for brunch and maybe dinner too.
