My son and his friend had a lot of fun on the ropes course. It was challenging but the staff was so encouraging and supportive they pushed through fears. I was very impressed with how thoughtful and patient the staff were in not rushing individuals through but working with them to feel confident and comfortable.

HIghly recommended. Staff are encouraging and well-prepared. Apparatus has an ingenious safely lock system whereby you are always safely connected, even when transitioning between elements. This gave all members of our party extra confidence and allowed us to proceed at our own pace. COVID precautions are also thorough and thoughtful. I would encourage more adventurous climbers to advocate to be placed at the start of the group, as there can be some bottlenecking.

The staff were upbeat, and encouraging. The obstacles were challenging, but doable and fun. My only complaint is that the whole thing is very short and contained. The two hours given is more than enough to do everything the course offers, which leaves little reason to come back. Still very enjoyable!

We throughly enjoyed the ropes course & Joe (one of the amazing host.) There is the right amount of challenge and fun involved, they make sure you are safe at all times. We really enjoyed our girls day & Joe made sure to keep us laughing plus he made sure we were cooled down and well hydrated before leaving!

We took our grandsons, 10 and 12, here today and it was lots of fun. The beginners course was challenging for them and we were really impressed with the facilitators who outfitted them for the course, gave them instructions and then kept an eye on their every move. Our youngest got rescued by a cherry picker and he thought that was great. A big shout out to Joel, Billy, Ashley and Tony (the owner) for making this a very special experience. Every thing about the facility is top notch - quality abounds. The boys also enjoyed the giant trampoline when they got off the course. We will be heading back when the boys are here next time.
Below I see where it mentions "young children" - there is a 10 year minimum for this experience and that is a good thing.

( You'll understand when you get there) omg, what a workout! You have to wait awhile to get everyone suited up. I think this attraction needs more staff so you can stagger start times and have more staff on hand to handle " rescues". No worries people, a rescue may be just someone who physically can't go anymore. You just have to wait until they can get them down, so you can't proceed until the situation is handled by someone who has a "key". There needs to be more people with "keys". That's all. The rope course was awesome. My daughter did all 3 levels. The staff on hand was very attentive and responsible and handled situations seriously. I felt safe. Will do again,.. My teenage daughter loved it. Thanks Tony for the birthday hookup.
