Had fun with the "Suspect" room, lead by game master Amber. Amber was super nice and pleasant to work with! The room comes with unlimited hints, so it's very nice for any beginners to escape rooms. I played with a friend of mine, and we were joined by two others for a total of 4 people. The room made use of props, hidden doors, lasers, and some fog for atmosphere. The difficulty of the room was easy-moderate - all the puzzles were fairly straight-forward, but some did take some figuring out. We definitely had to ask for a couple of hints. All in all, great fun, would absolutely recommend! I would also love to return to check out their other rooms.

We had a great time, and we’re out with a good group of people. There were only 6 of us. We made it to the last room but didn’t finish in the hour. Only complaint is we were not told how fast we have to put the codes in and wasted 15 minutes with the correct code but didn’t put the code in fast enough. Would do it again.

I have always wanted to try an escape room, and I finally did with the Suspect room at Kersey Valley Escape. I did this with a group of high school students and teachers, and everyone had a great time. The room was well made and decorated, and the puzzles were a pleasant balance of accessible yet challenging. Our facilitator, Zach, was very friendly and helpful in getting us set up at the start and ensuring that the experience was a good one. There was one electrical glitch that caused us some confusion early on, but Zach resolved both the glitch and our confusion quickly without undermining the challenge or enjoyment of the puzzles themselves. I had a great time and fully intend to go back to try their other rooms!

Overall , not satisfied with meltdown escape room , we had technical difficulties for the hour which surely chipped away some of our allotted time. The guide even had to interfere twice to fix the machines because it was not working even after we input everything right , not cool with time ticking away . We should have changed the room at the beginning after guide showed up saying he was fixing electrical things on this room which is why he was a bit late to start off. I would not recommend meltdown escape room until all these things are fixed.

This was a very frustrating experience. The escape room that we did had several broken parts so we would try to solve the puzzle again and again and the game master would be like have you done this and this and this, and we would say yes we've done all of that and then magically the item would be appear. At one point she had to pause the timer and call her supervisor because a screen wasn't working. What was most frustrating was at the end although we were told we would receive compensation for the poor experience all we received were $5 off coupons (the same ones we have received from other rooms previously). I have emailed them to try to make it right but haven't heard back yet.

My son, 2 friends, and myself did the haunted house escape room. We would’ve enjoyed it but we were placed with 2 other groups. It was a total of 10 people, which in my opinion, was far too many. We also didn’t enjoy being with other people we didn’t know. The other group tried to take over, did not work as a team, and it was too crowded. That really ruined the experience for us. Some positives were the game master was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were set up nicely, decorations were impressive, and difficulty level I would say is medium to easy. This was my second escape room with Kersey valley. The first one we were only with our group and it was great! I would return if I knew I’d only be with my group. And I think 6 people should be the limit.

We did the Sanitarium Escape room here and it was amazing. It was very detailed and the puzzles are awesome.

Our Game Master Chris was an amazing help. He was also very fun and made the game that much more exciting.

The one thing that I would say wasn't the best would be at the beginning there were these very loud popping sounds. We asked Chris if he could turn them off and he did, but other than that the room was amazing.

It was incredibly detailed as well as intricate. I do suggest doing it with teens rather than younger children because it is dark and there are some scary aspects to it that young children wouldn't like.

In the end we did escape with some time to spare. Overall I loved it and I will definitely come back and try out the other rooms.

The tour guide Zach K. Is the absolute best! This was our 2nd time visit the first visit was quite and ordeal as we tried the Sanitarium and it was a bit scary for my young daughters. The next visit was AWESOME Zach was there again to give us all the info and always right there when we needed help! Super friendly, very knowledgeable about his work. You can tell this young man really enjoyed his job and was willing to whatever to make sure our visit and experience was top notch! Zach, hold it down for us buddy we will be back!!! Kersey Valley is an awesome place for family oriented fun all year round from Christmas lights and more all the way to ropes courses and zip lines!

The game master was great. The game was fun but the directions were poor. For what we paid I expected more. Kersey Valley has gotten to big for their britches and expect large money for little reward. Wish this was more affordable!

I did this escape room in the past but didn’t make it through but the second time I did with a new group. Our host Myesha was so pleasant and friendly it made our experience just more enticing. This escape room was full of surprises and it scared me and it made me laugh so hard. I highly recommend this escape room.
