We have been camping here for over a decade. Need I say more...Ten years ago there was hardly anyone in the whole campground! Now, you’d better make reservations weeks in advance because it has become that popular. Great for outdoor activities, lake swimming, fishing, boating,...More

We live 20 minutes away and have camped on this lake (tents and RV’s) for 20 years. The lake is huge. They have over 1000 campsites in 3 or 4 campgrounds. It’s a great destination. Lots of beaches, boat ramps and one marina.

Rented a beautiful pontoon from Crosswinds Boating Center. Great experience. No issues. No waiting. Everything was right on time and the guys that set you up in the boat were great. Cant wait to go back.

Jordan Lake is good for boating. Several great state parks for access. Main lake can get a bit rough, but coves are fun to explore, especially by kayak. We have rented a pontoon boat a few times. Boats are pretty worn but OK. Be aware...More

Yes! There are several spots adjacent to swimming beaches where the slope is gentle enough that boats frequently pull up and either tie up to a tree or anchor.
