Friendly staff and good beer. The Triangle has many good microbrew options, and Bruëprint is one to go enjoy. There were over a dozen brews tap. The daily special is based on the forest beer ordered that day ... so it is completely random.

Not dissimilar to many microbrews, beer is served in plastic unfortunately.

There were a couple seasonal barrel brew specials that were very good. Options cover all tastes, so there will be a beer for everyone.

Cheers!

We went on a Saturday night - delicious beer, Mr. Puebla taco truck, and our 8 year old and dog were welcome - what more could you ask for?!! Very low-key environment with picnic tables, games and lots of grass. Definitely a great stop in Apex!

Brueprint is a bit off the main drag, but worth the stop. Beer selection was excellent and they were cold. Inside seating limited but comfortable. Staff friendly. It was a Sat afternoon and we were leaving as the food truck for the evening was pulling in. Looked like a good place for a beer in the evening.

Brueprint has continually put out well-thought-out local beers, including seasonals. They have an inviting space where you can get a few flights, a few pints, or get growlers and 6-packs to go. They offer some outdoor seating but also have a back room area that has a few instruments and a TV. It can get a bit hot/loud in there at times, but that means we are all loving the beer and company. They also have darts and board games.

We took friends to Brueprint after having some of their beer at a restaurant in downtown Apex. We enjoyed our flights and will check out the food truck schedule for another fun night out close to home.

I'm from Indiana and often visit family in the Cary NC area. On a Friday evening while there in April 2016, I decided to check out a local craft brewery, and decided upon Brueprint in Apex.

Lee Ann joined me, and we had a nice time at the bar chatting with a guy named Steve who said he recently had moved to the area -- from Indiana, so we had a lot to talk about.

The brewery is in a kind of strip center in what I can best describe as a small but modern industrial park area. It is dog-friendly.

The bartender was very friendly and helped me with information as I made my way through a flight of several beers that included one of the year-round mainstays -- the Pale Brue Eyes pale ale -- and a few seasonals, one of which was the Zambrueni (a crisp lager). I remember the names of only those because they stood out, and I ended up buying a pint of the Brue Eyes to drink while there, then also bought a six-pack of bottles to take with me.

The very next day, while attending a farmers market on the west side of Cary, I can upon a vendor selling Brueprint. He said it was the brewery's first appearance at the market, so I told the man I'd made my first visit to Brueprint the previous evening. He said Brueprint was going to sell at the market once or twice a month.

When I revisited the market five months later in September, while in town again to visit family, the Brueprint booth was there, but now selling cans (not bottles). The woman tending the booth told me Brueprint was converting to all cans for retail sales because the beer was supposed to taste better in cans. I bought two six packs -- one of Brue Eyes, another of Zambreuni.

I also decided to revisit the brewery, which I did that night. They were supposed to have a food truck, but it didn't show up while we were there (we were a bit early). There wasn't much of a crowd there, and this time we sat at a table rather than a bar because we expected we might eat when the food trucks arrived. We were ignored for about 10 minutes, so I got up and went to the bar and ordered a pint of something (I don't remember what), and it was find. We left as soon as I finished.

We stopped in to have a couple of beers and were pleasantly surprised. This Pint Sized brewery packs a lot of punch. We drank their Zambini (excuse me if I spelled it wrong) lager and their stout. Both beers were outstanding. The bar area and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the owner was quite informative. They also offered live music, a one man band that was very talented. There were families there which also was nice. Great beer, nice crowd and a nice atmosphere. We will return soon.

Brueprint is a great little brewery located in Apex, NC, a bit off the beaten path but well worth finding. This is purely a brewery with no on-site food service but often has a food truck in the parking lot. We have had several good food/beer combinations at Brueprint.

The beer is very good with a nice selection ranging from an excellent pale ale (Pale Brue Eyes) to an equally tasty Scottch ale (EdinBrue). Additionally, the brewery offers seasonal selections. The service at the bar is excellent and friendly and there are growlers and six-packs of cans to go. While the brewery has a local feel, the atmosphere is open and welcoming to all who enter.

There are some regular weekly events including Wednesday night pizza night and a run club that meets on Tuesday evenings ... and what could be better than a quick run followed by a cold "brue" reward for your hard effort.

I'm thankful that Brueprint is (within reasonable limits) on the way home from work.
