Refund process is awful

Scam alert! Tried buying online, they can't fulfil the order so refund is the only option. I was advised that the refund has been processed and will take 7 to 15 working days. Then after the said timeline I asked an update and again was advised to wait a bit more. then asked again for about 2 more times same thing. After more a month, suddenly they said to dispute it from my bank. Until now, no refund was given.

Cheap organic veggies at the supermarket

Walter Mart is actually owned by SM Super Malls. But for some reason their organic veg here is cheaper than the ones they sell in SM Supermarket, Hypermarket, and Save More. WM supermarket also sells frozen vegan dumplings from Korea and some vegan samosas, some items I've never seen in the frozen section of some supermarkets. Occasionally they stock up on organic veg from Australia. I always like doing my grocery shopping here. Country Style sells some salads for vegans, aside from vegan-friendly food stands on the basement and ground floor.
