The traffic leading to the city is a bit of a hassle due to traffic. But upon entering the area it becomes easier to navigate as the traffic is more controlled and directed by guards and signs. There are restaurants, shops and stores and residential condominiums buildings all within walking distance of each other. A nice way to spend the day shopping, eating and taking a walk with people watching.

I really love this place. Its been awhile since i last visit this place. And now I am so nostalgic with the memories I have in this place as i walk in central park here. It is quite amusing and special to me. My family and friends used to go here and have fun. Restaurants, bars and even the buildings amuzed me in all little things i experienced. I will come back here for sure!

Stay on a business trip. It was my first time in Manila, but it was modern and quite surprising. It takes 90 minutes despite being about 15 kilometers from the airport. Food and drink, gyms and supermarkets are everything, you can live safely enough in this area. It was a company-owned super high-rise condo, but you can see the cityscape, but from there you see something that feels like a wealth gap.

I lived here for 8 years and I still love going back to this place. It’s such a happy place for me that I didn’t have to leave the place because it has everything in it. It has a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and a couple of retail stores, convenience stores, and gyms. The mall hours are a bit late compared to other malls in the metro but I don’t mind because then you have somewhere to go after work even if you’re caught up in traffic. Some of the restaurants are even open 24/7 so you don’t have to worry if you get hungry in the wee hours of the morning.
You’ll never get bored in this place because it has so much to offer. You will be amused by the decors for every season/occasion. There are other sorts of entertainment like mini-concerts, live shows, street performers, etc.
During typhoons, you won’t ever have to worry since many stores and even the grocery store is open.
I have considered this place my 2nd home in Manila and I love going back there every once in a while.

I usually go here for my vacations with my family. Everything is fairly close by and you can never get bored, so many places for entertainment, food, and more. You can easily spend a good amount of time here.

We have spent the past few days here having a vacation and have found it to be more kid and family friendly than bgc. Its easy to get around, traffic is well controlled and there are activities for the kids. Its bright, colourful and friendly. We will base ourselves here in future when in the capital region!!

They charge P50 for the forst 3 hours, additional P10/hr for the succeeding 1-2 hrs. Beyond 2hrs charge is P20/hr.
I parking for 14 hrs because I waited for my coding to be lifted.i paid P250. I think that's just TOO MUCH for a place that do not offer any development.
I can't wait for Robinsons to get their buildings up near eastwood and for the companies renting in eastwood to move there.

Eastwood City is a great place to settle in the Philippines but BEWARE, don't get conned by eastwoodcitycondo run by CHRISTINE CHAN, in fact don't have any dealings with the woman, she's a SCAMMER and a disgrace to Eastwood City and the Philippines. She lets condos and takes a 2 month security deposit which is quite normal BUT in the contract it states that instead of getting the security deposit refunded when you vacate the property you have to wait up to 60 DAYS to get it back, which is certainly not normal. That means if you are leaving the country you might as well wave goodbye to the money Christine Chan owes you. She says she will send it by Western Union if you have returned to your home country but of course it's a complete lie and you will never hear from her or see the money ever again. She owes me P52,000 for my stay at One Central Park in Eastwood City and when I vacated the property I requested that she signed a letter acknowledging that the money was owing and would be returned within the 60 day contract period, but of course she refused simply because she knew full well that it wouldn't be. The woman is a LAIR a SCAMMER and a CHEAT so if you are thinking of renting a condo in Eastwood City avoid eastwoodcitycondo at all costs and deal with a reputable agency where you will get treated fairly!

We rented a place managed by Christine Chan, a broker in Eastwood. We stayed in her flat for x number of years, but never got any help with the leaks, clogging drainage, and always broken water pipes. We requested once, but it took us a serious amount of time chasing her, so in our years of stay, we just spent on everything that we need that is supposedly under contract should have been shouldered by the broker-herself/owner. Before we left the place, she told us to repair the parts of the house that we have damaged because they are not part of the expenses she should shoulder based on the contract , and understandably, we hired our own contractor and did the fixing. We did this as she promised to return the deposit if we did; however the same thing that happened to another expat, she just lied and never gave our deposit back! She mentioned that we have damaged more stuff in the house and nothing will be left from our money. The first few weeks we moved to her place, we were so dumb not to double check if everything was OK and working well as we trusted very well, til after a week of stay that we began noticing the clogging commode, leaking pipes, broken sink that we repaired and paid for from our own pockets in the last four years. We left the sink OK and working well, but obviously, she will create stories to not return our money. I am not the only one complaining about this, and there are other reviews about her to attest this. I have receipts of everything we spent to fix her flat, that I have been keeping as proofs that we fixed the flat as many things were broken when we moved in. Too bad. Avoid her at all cost.

The purpose of travel ostensibly is to embrace the culture that you are visiting. Eastwood made me feel that I was visiting Disneyland...nothing about it felt real. You could transplant that place to anywhere else in the world and no one would know the difference. Eastwood puts you in to a tiny bubble to insulate you from the Filipino masses and their daily life. The culture you're invariably here to learn about.
And what is there to do there?. I'm not a shopper and even if I was there's nothing there you can't buy in the U.S. for cheaper and for better quality. That leaves the restaurants which are uniformly horrible. There are too many examples of the poor food I had on my stay to elaborate in this tiny space but towards the end I was eating at Denny's. A place I don't even frequent in the U.S.
If you're visiting Eastwood, be sure to check your brain in at the door.

Where is the best store to buy furniture Ss and fixture?
Written September 11, 2017
I suggest you go to Wilcon Depot or Home Depot for home fixtures and for furnitures you can go to SM Mega Mall or there are good second hand or slightly used furnitures at HMR. Tiendesitas which is mmore than a kilometer away from Eastwood is also a place where you can find furnitures

Eastwood Citywalk 1 looks like a good spot but if a two-hour travel is okay with you guys I suggest The Greenery in Bulacan. Feel the embrace of nature and it is affordable as well.

Walking distance from each other.

HI,
There are lots of residential places in and around eastwood. Outside eastwood there is Circulo Verde and Novo City. With in eastwood there is Eastwood Condo, East La Grand, The Grand Eastwood Pallazo and Eastwood Parkview. I suggest before coming to Eastwood you contact them for the availability of the place.
Hope this could help...
