Some rides were shut down due to the pandemic. Not as many people were there as before so I would recommend it as a place for jogging or cycling.

Budget Nature family bonding
Dec 2019 • Family
If you just want to chill, hangout, and enjoy nature with your family and friends, Quezon Memorial Circle is a good place to go to. A lot of activities to do such as zumba, ballroom, boxing, food trip, bazaar shopping, plant buying or just simply appreciating nature and being at peace.

I visited on a sunday morning, I am not sure if they offer the same activities during weekdays.
You can eat local food and snacks.
You can do some activities such as arnis, boxing, taekwondo, zumba, etc.
You can also find the Manuel Quezon musem here.

Bring extra clothes if you are planning to stroll around the park.

While arriving at the circle , you ca. see the tall building structure and the place was so excellent. The place to go run, jogging, walking, a place to rest, a place to eat, a place to have fun. It is a public environment with many trees.

Peace and Quiet amidst the Hustle and Bustle
Sep 2019
Amidst the traffic and the noise of the Elliptical road outside. The QMC remains tranquil and shielded from the outside. The greeneries formed a canopy keeping the place cool, quiet and seems to transport a visitor to another place. On a weekday afternoon, the place is nearly absent of people, no congestion. Saw mostly students spending their afternoon off studying, strolling, and practicing some cheerleading stunts. We sat among a group of senior citizens watching them play a few rounds of chess. Designed as a recreation center for the residents the place has a mini fairground, exercise area, food stalls, restaurants, flowers and plants shops, and the Quezon Memorial Shrine commemorating President Quezon. The shrine housed memorabilia relating to the Commonwealth, Quezon's Presidency and WW2. Also inside are the remains of the former President and his wife. Weekends are usually packed. Visitors comes to the park for picnics and a means of escaping from the heat.

The QCX
Feb 2019
This is a historical landmark in the city founded by the Philippine's Commonwealth president and subsequently named after him. It houses a mausoleum dedicated to him and an event center. There are so many things you can do here; bike, shop, take a walk through history, run, exercise, eat or just walk around under trees or relax in one of the huts.
The downside: it gets crowded specially on weekends and holiday season. Nevertheless, it's a major destination.
