This is an old church in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Very accessible via LRT line one (1) Just alight at Carriedo Station then walk to your left. Catholics from all walks of like frequent this church.

One of the oldest Catholic Church here in Manila a place of love, caring and worship. People used to attend mass every weekdays and weekend to strengthen their faith and belief, a great place to visit and have fun shopping at Carriedo St.

a great place to talk to God. A place to express all your feelings without any hesitation. It was awesome and great to find a place where you can be yourself. A place where you can even feel more God's presence. His Holiness and His Miracles are really true and amazing! It will really amaze you.

Although my last visit in Sta. Cruz Church was sometime between 2013-2014, I would always cherish this particular church because I used to go to this church for confession. Aside from the architecture of the church, as well as its interior design, what especially attracted me was the ease to make one's confession there, where the priests, most of them foreigners,... I have been here a number of times already since the 70's the church itself have undergone some renovation and remodelling but the surroundings needs some noticed, it's dirty, lots of bystanders roaming around, child beggar, unorganized sidewalk vendors etc. The city of manila should do something about this.

A short walk from Quiapo Church, the Santa Cruz Church is another famous landmark in Manila. The church is located at the entrance to one of the world's biggest Chinatown. Right outside of the church is an old fountain that marks a rotunda of Old Manila. I love going here to photograph old buildings that remind me of the golden... More
