Manila Bay appears to be very clean and inviting. The water is nice even though there are ships anchored off the coast about a half mile or so. And we saw many fishing boats there too. The breeze off the bay is cool in the morning and late evening, even during the hot dry season.

Just by sitting along the promenade and watch the sunset makes one oblivious to the world. It is free . It makes you thankful how wonderful God is for creating such a wonderful sight.

I first came here in 1967 and the bay was clean and you could have a pleasent walk along the breakwater on Roxas Blvd. This is no longer the case, The bay stinks from pollution and you are constantly accosted by beggars if you try to go out for a strole.

While in the H20 hotel I went here hoping to get some nice photos but the water wash dirty, it was smelly and there was bits of litter everywhere :( There was also kids begging and swimming naked - not good for somewhere that could be such a great tourist hit, if it was clean and policed properly On a... At the invitation of a business friend, we were invited to join him on his yacht for a mini cruise to see the sunset, from Manila Yacht Club along Roxas Blvd. What an experience!

Use to walk the bay walk along side this bay, and have stayed in a hotel close by. Had such a wonderful view of Manila Bay.. I loved seeing it each morning and specially evenings. Was so nice to walk...to exercise. Plenty to see and do. You will love this place, it stays in your mind and in your heart...

One of the best places to view the sunset over Manila bay is from Mall of Asia. They have done a nice job of keeping the shore clean (retaining wall and large rocks beyond the wall) and making it a lovely background opposite the setting sun. The sunset is gorgeous and unobstructed by buildings. On the negative side, the shore... More

Manila Bay area has 365 days of sunsets except for some occasional rains that might disappoint you but no worries because there will be days for you to wait on those golden moments while seating in area by the bay from Pasay City to Manila. You may dine while waiting for that sunset and orange skies. There are a lot... More

This is a huge area but the shoreline has many interesting features. A great promenade, nearly 2 kilometers long, with cafes and restaurants dotted along it. Just off are attractions suc h as Manila zoo, the yacht club and a short taxi ride to Intra Muros, the old walled city with its golf club.
