Shopping at Mall 999 was exhausting but well worth it. Everyone in the family got something - shoes, clothes, perfumes. It's all there. The only major issue we faced as tourists was getting back to our hotel as taxis don't stop at Divisoria.

I am not a seller of T-shirts Soarry, I cannot provide info you need. But there are countless stores selling T-shirts along Juan Luna St in Divisoria near the 999 and 168 malls.

Yes there are limited parking spaces. But it will be hard to locate the entrances the first time and passing streets just to get to the parking zones is a challenge. I do not recommend you using your car to get there.
